Just stayed this weekend!! it was 4 of us staying and spacious and accommodating for all of us!! 100% recommend, hosts were absolutely amazing!! Beautiful space and great if you have a pet!! We definitely want to stay here again!

This place was perfect! The term cozy is an understatement. From the yard and throughout the home this place was so welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. The bathroom was spotless and the heated floors were glorious. Best 3 nights sleep we have had on this road trip. my husband was ready to steal the mattress and linens. Our pups loved the large fenced in yard.

STAY HERE! If this place is available, I highly recommend booking it. The location was wonderful all around. It was in a quiet neighborhood that had charm, it was easy to schedule a ride-share to get anywhere, and there were great restaurants in the area. The place was clean, organized well, the AC worked and felt like a home away-from-home! Also, the owners of the place were extremely responsive and gave us all important information we needed ahead of time. We are already looking ahead to see if we can book for our next vacation!

This was just the right location for our trip! Close but yet away. Was just what we were looking for!

Location to Metro worked well for our adventures in WDC. Grocery available close and several easy to locate restaurants

Tyler’s place is definitely worth five stars. It’s extremely clean, very spacious, beautifully furnished, and has all the accommodations you need. I’ve got a group of four or five friends who visit a different city every year to watch a baseball game and we were lucky to find this place. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with a short Uber ride to and from the Mall in DC. We typically will cook breakfast and dinner at home and explore the cities during the day. This house has one of the greatest kitchens I’ve ever seen, as well as a propane grill on the porch. What really put Tyler‘s place over the top for me was the little considerate touches he adds to each room. Whether it was kleenex, q-tips and makeup remover in every bathroom (which obviously we didn’t need 🤣), plenty of books and games, or a jar of coffee and sugar… this place has it all! I couldn’t recommend this listing more!!

The name says it all. This place is charming! While only a block from the Metro it is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great location: one block to Whole Foods, tons of restaurants and shops a short stroll away and a short Metro ride to the airport and DC attractions. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Nestled in a great location, it offers convenient access to nearby attractions, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

Lily's place was immaculate and she was very prompt with her responses. The apartment is in a quiet part of Arlington and very walkable. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Martha's place is a lovely retreat. There is enough privacy between the main house and the guest house. The guest house is spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch and access to the pool. It's in a quiet and peaceful area. I look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful! Communication was very responsive and helpful. The apt fit our needs perfectly. The parking , fitness trails, high ceilings, washer/dryer, quiet space and amenities are specific things that will bring us back to book again.

We had a wonderful stay in Alexandria! The apartment was perfect—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the biggest perks was the parking space, which meant we could just park and forget about driving for the rest of the trip. Being only two blocks from King Street and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go made it so easy to explore. We absolutely love the charm of Old Town, it's one of our favorite places to visit, and this stay made it even more enjoyable! Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

All decorated for Christmas, you made our holiday stay so special. Decor was beautiful yet comfy with plenty of seating for everyone (7). Loved the bathrobes for everyone, even for various sizes of children! Such fun! The bathrooms were updated and lovely. The kitchen was well-supplied. The cookies left out were amazing. Plenty of cozy throws for coziness. The location was great, too. So walkable to King Street, parks, the wharf, and grocery stores ( Trader Joe’s and Harris Teeter). This was one of our favorite places to stay!

Great location! Lots of stairs, so mindful of that if you have any seniors in your group. The beds were comfortable and clean. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants!

Gina's place is both comfortable and very convenient. Short walk to Metro and access to many restaurants and services on King St. The neighborhood is dotted with many older attached homes making it a pleasure to walk around the historic district. The bedroom is well-sized and the bed is very comfortable. Despite the bathroom's small size, the shower feels spacious and Gina provides good quality towels and products. Just note that there is no kitchen but we knew that before booking. There are also many places in the area for coffee and breakfast, lunch and dinner. The space is also very quiet - affording good sleep quality. Thank you Gina for a very pleasant stay!

The house was so sweet, they had thought of everything from extra toothbrushes to Tylenol and Advil to snacks and coffee to fun games to play. We would definitely stay here again, and they were very responsive when I messaged them. Loved her decorations and set up, it definitely felt like home.

Host was really friendly and responsive, the check in was really easy and location is a great neighbourhood. The place was clean and comfortable, I would definitely book again with this host in the future!

About 10 min walk from King Street with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The place was clean. They use nice eco-friendly soaps, cleaners, air filter, which was a nice touch. It has shared walls, but I only heard people walking very occasionally and a dog barking once. So very quiet for shared walls. The bed is firm, FYI. Clean. Convenient. Definitely would stay again.

Christopher was amazing! His flat made me feel so safe! If we ever find ourselves back in DC, we will be staying here again! He was really kind and easy to work with. I’m happy with our stay!
