Welcome to Aachen!

Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a stay outside your own home. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, refrigerator and all the things you need. The 140m x200m large new box spring bed, as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. A small "highlight" is a small bay window with a comfortable armchair, from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. Facilities also include a small stereo, TV and WiFi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. Apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. I am a photographer, book a photo-shoot for a special deal :)

The freshly renovated old building apartment with love is the former hunting room of the estate. In addition to old ship parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment has its own terrace and a large parking lot is also right in front of the door. 2 beautiful bedrooms await you. One has 1 double bed (160x200), 1 sleeping loft (140x200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130x200). The other has a large window to the garden, a 1.60 x 2.00 bed and a sleeping couch. In addition, modern kitchen, chic bathroom with windows and furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. All space is cleaned and disinfected before check-in. 5 minutes walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 minutes to the town hall/cathedral.

Beautiful 2-room old building apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the middle of Aachen for rent to nice people. The apartment is quiet as it is located on the 2nd floor of our back house. An elevator is not available. City, cathedral, RWTH, transport connections and shops are easily accessible on foot.
