Many thanks to Patricia for the generous and welcoming welcome! Who else doubts and thinks about renting these apartments - I dare to assure you that you will be pleasantly impressed! Small, but very comfortable housing, in which everything is thought out for comfort and a wonderful holiday. There is a huge set of dishes for cooking, towels in the required quantity, shower accessories. The dishes for eating are new, it is clear that even their choice was approached with taste and a desire to please the guests. There is a humidifier, which is impossible not to appreciate! The emotions from the stay are only positive, we advise this host and wish all the best! We advise the owner of the apartments Patricia as a very friendly and hospitable hostess! Very very, very clean apartment, cleaned to shine and the interior is thought out to the smallest detail for the sake of convenience and ergonomics of space. Dishes, linens, towels - everything is new, well-groomed, all things smell good, the apartments themselves are equipped with a humidifier and good ventilation. All amenities are provided - Hairdryer, ironing board, iron, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, TV. Everything is perfect, and I would like absolutely all the owners of surrendering apartments to be attentive and loving to their guests!

The accommodation was super clean, nice one-room apartment with a balcony. Igor was super friendly and even offered us a transfer from the airport or the train station. Everything as described. However, the apartment is very sterile. The building is also fairly close to the A100, which you can hear very clearly.

We only slept there one night but everything was very nice. The location is good, the apartment modern and large, the bathroom very nice. All in all, happily ever after. Location check in also worked well!

My Room was very clean and nice with a comfortable, Queen size bed accommodated by fresh and extra bedding. A wardrobe with drawers offers enough space for clothing and personal belongings, while a large Table and 2 chairs serve as a working/meal area. Therefore the room is simple but has everything a traveller needs. There is a common kitchen and bathroom area which has to be shared with other Guest and during my stay i only met one other person and everyone seemed really quiet and respectful. The Neighborhood is quiet too, so i had a very good sleep and the house is well connected to public transport as for example the Metro Station is only a 2 min walk away. Plenty of Restaurants and Bars and Shopping in the Area. I’d recommend this Place anytime, in particular for the value. Thumbs up

Johannes is super nice, even called me shortly before the arrival to describe the way again exactly. Was a nice WG feeling with him and dealing with each other completely uncomplicated. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment conveniently located in Wilmersdorf with subway and a 24-hour Edeka just around the corner and the tastiest Thai I have found outside of Thailand so far in walking distance ("Thai-Art" - small Thaiküche, tastes like in Bangkok).

Johannes is a cool guy who does not bother you with unnecessary questions and he has a nice place with a huge TV.

Clean, Host is very friendly. Subway station is 5,15 minutes on foot. The accommodation is on the 5th floor, but there is no elevator. The surrounding area is very quiet.

Carmela is a fantastic, kind, helpful, caring, generous person. I had several medical problems during my stay, and she was there to offer help when I needed it, which even included her making trips to the nearby hospital. I am so grateful I chose to stay at her apartment during my solo month-long academic stay in Berlin. The language barrier (we did not speak a common language) was not a problem at all. Sharing a bathroom and kitchen worked wonderfully. The location was great for public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend Carmela's place. I had a fantastic experience staying with her. If you need a place to stay in Berlin, this is where you need to be.

I felt very comfortable with Carmela. She was more than a simple host for me: nice, helpful, personable, respectful of her own privacy and friendly. Have spent a month with her and could not have had a better time. The room is big with everything you need. The whole apartment is very tastefully furnished, the cleanliness always impeccable. The location is also perfect: the neighborhood is so quiet that you could hardly believe you are in the middle of Berlin, the subway and the suburban train are only a 5 minute walk away. If I come back to Berlin, I will certainly stay with Carmela again!

Highly recommended accommodation! The apartment of Carmela is very nicely decorated, clean, in the kitchen everything available, enough shelves for own food, 2 compartments in the fridge, storage space in the bathroom etc. The room is also great: large, comfortable bed, closet, dresser, 2 tables and with a view of the green courtyard. You do not realize that you're in a big city! The check-in was also as expected and Carmela is a very good, loving and sensitive hostess. It gives many tips and helps sometimes if you need something that you do not want to buy now in a large pack (eg Aftersun, package tape in my case). The 6 days were way too fast (also because of the nice, interesting city). Would come to her again and again! :)

The subway bus ride was close and enough for four people!

A nice apartment, you arrive in 10 minutes to the subway. The arrival was a bit difficult because we didn't know what entrance it was, so we arrived a little late and the girl who handed the keys was already somewhat desperate to explain how everything worked in the apartment. But I highly recommend it.

Katya's place is very nice and well equipped. It is located near subway station and city center can be reached very quickly. There is a great Vietnamese restaurant next door. I can definitely recommend her apartment to anyone who wants visit this beautiful city.

I stayed in Trinimat's place for 1 month. The apartment is big, comfortable, clean. You have everything that you need for living, even a dishwasher what was a nice touch for me. Location is great, several U Bahn stations in a walking distance, grocery shops, restaurants, cafes are nearby too. The host is great! He met me, helped to bring my luggage to the 4th floor and during my stay he replied quickly to all my questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Trinimat's place.

Location of the apartment is fantastic. Description is very accurate. Quiet neighbourhood but great access to restaurants and public transportation. Tourist areas are easy to reach. The apartment was very clean. Trinimat responded quickly to several minor problems at the beginning of my stay and they were resolved very quickly. I stayed a few weeks there while working and had a good time. The apartment is really good, clean, bright, and not hot (even in a very hot summer in Berlin). The location is very nice, calm, and you can easily bike/walk to many places and there are also 3 subway stations (different lines) close by. The host answers very quickly and helped me with all I needed. I highly recommend this place!

The flat is in a nice neighbourhood with a supermarket nearby. It's very well connected being near both Guntzelstrasse and Bayerischer Platz. The flat was very clean and the area is very quiet at night. The bed is a futon instead of a mattress so is a bit uncomfortable. But otherwise the flat is perfect for working from with a big desk and great internet.

Terrific location. The neighborhood is lovely and extremely convenient to shopping, transportation, restaurants, and sites. Quite and safe. Norbert is a welcoming host who provides excellent communication and local tips. Excellent value.

We stayed at Norbert's place for four months. We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment was bigger than expected. Norbert met us there and gave us lots of info about the area. He even stopped by a few times with extra items that were missing, like extra dishes. It's a great location but quiet and calm. A supermarket ia right across the street, nice cafes and bakeries and just a few short minutes to the train station. The neighborhood is very friendly and the park is really closeby. Thanks Norbert for a great time :)

Everything was great. The house is big and it is located close to all the services you could need (U-bahn, restaurants). There is also a park with a lake in 5 mins walk. Norbert is very kind and reply fast to questions and emails. I would suggest this apartment if you want to visit Berlin and stay there for some days.

Very nice hotel, all was Great, comfortable bed, nice shower with rain effect. All was clean and new. Only I didn’t go to sauna and jacuzzi becouse it was many nacked men there ;) but all was fine in Germany everybody go nacked to sauna this is standard. Next time I will book room directly by hotel website, becouse You will get more profits than by Airbnb ( free brakfest and better price).

This is a very stylish apartment, located in a convenient part of Berlin. I ended up staying in a different room to the one in the picture, which was still nice. I didn't get to meet Sue, but she was friendly and informative in all our correspondences. Highly recommended for a trip to Berlin!

Nils has lovely little apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, in South Berlin. It is cosy and comfortable, and we felt completely at home. Very nice apartment, as in the photos. The apartment is very clean and close to the subway station. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Always happy!

This ground-floor apartment has two large and very comfortable bedrooms - the king size beds are so comfortable you are guaranteed a good nights sleep. A small and well-equipped kitchen, charming dining area and 1.5 bathrooms plus laundry facilities make this apartment ideal for self-catering. Note there is no separate lounge room - the tv and lounges are in the bedrooms, one of which you enter from the street through. A quiet yet very handy location with two large supermarkets around the corner and U-Bahn station within a few minutes walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

We stayed at 4 with our children aged 11 and 13 for 4 days in Soren's apartment. Space is enough for 4 people but we did not exceed this number ... The apartment is well located, a few minutes walk from the Berlinestrasse metro station. It's 15 minutes to the zoo. For other points of interest, count instead 10 min more. Everything is certainly feasible and there are many connections in Berlin. We appreciated the quality of the mattress. (even if an extra pillow might have been needed) Otherwise there is a very good vietnamese restaurant right next to the apartment. It is rather practical. Only downside, there is a building site right now in front of the apartment. The rooms face the street and as the workers start their day around 6:45 (Saturday and holidays included), it was difficult to sleep in. Fortunately, the apartment is well isolated.

Excellent accomodation, very clean, comfortable and quiet, but well located and with good transport links. We were a 3 generation family from grandparents to babies and the apartment was spacious enough and suitable for all of us. A cot was provided for our youngest. Very well equipped with all necessities. It was very helpful to have a washing machine and dryer for the babies. The host communicated very well and gave us helpful information. Self check-in/checkout worked efficiently. Would use this company again if we visit Berlin in future.

This apartment is a 1-2 min walk to the metro , which can get you to the city center in about 20/25 min. Super convenient! A supermarket is right around the corner which is convenient. Apartment is on the first floor, makes for a hassle free arrival.

We had awesome experience staying at Jörn's place. Apartment is very big, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped (much better than most Airbnb ones), which allowed us to cook our own breakfasts. Location could not be better - 2 min walk from subway station, a lot of really good grocery stores around, safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Jörn's place and will stay there for sure when we are in Berlin.

Amazing place in Berlin would go back again

An awesome find. Not super close to the city center, but public transit is very easily accessible (5-10 minute walk to the U-Bahn/S-Bahn Bundesplatz stations as well as a bus right outside the apartment). The room was just as expected from the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable which was terrific. Olive has wonderful tips and recommendations about Berlin, and she’s just fun to chat with! Loved my visit and definitely recommend this place.

Soo's place is beautiful; the photos are an accurate depiction of the space. It is located very close to public transport (the S-bahn, U-bahn, and buses), and has a grocery store nearby. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking your own meals, and there is a washing machine in the apartment. The other occupants mostly keep to themselves.

Yeon’s place is very neat and clean yet modern and stylish. I love the ambiance of the whole property, black and white. My room was so big with a multifunctional drawer, which is so important. The property is very strategic, near to the train station. I recommend her place to stay while in Berlin.

It is a great place to stay!

My friend and I had a lovely stay at Soo Yeon’s place - great location near the train station with easy access into the city. Apartment was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities (recent renovations have been done so looks very new). Communication with Soo Yeon was excellent and she gave us lots of tips for travelling around the city. There are a few levels of stairs to access the apartment - which may be difficult for some travellers. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend the apartment!

Soo yeon's house was literally perfect! this house which be renovated to modern style recently be holded over 100 years old historical building. The U +S station 'Bundes platz is just in 3 mins' walking distance and neighbor is so calm and cozy. She is so kind and welcoming, always try to help or give all tips for exploring. My room was very specious, super spotless and has beautiful green view so, i always woke up with birds' singing. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this beautiful house.

The small well-kept room has a very nice view of the park. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, with elevator very great. The bathroom is shared, which is not a problem at all. Since you are traveling a lot in Berlin anyway, this is a great solution for the short stay. Nearby there are possibilities for breakfast etc. The dog was almost never heard. Annelies is very calm and friendly. The communication before is completely sufficient. I had a very nice week there and will gladly come back.

Ellas Apartment is the perfect City getaway with being close enough to central Berlin (1 hour walk or 20min train) the place gives you everything you might need in a city like Berlin.

Most welcoming host and perfectly organised, clean home. Comfy bed, plenty of light, lovely balcony with beautiful plants and flowers.

The house is very very great, also the host. The house is big, clean, equipped with everything in need, also with good location. If I come to Berlin again, I will live in this house again if accessible. Thanks again for the warmness of the host and the great experience.

I think AirBNB is a great experience because of persons like Andreas and Kiraz. The place is cozy and they are always concerned if you are having a great time.

Kiraz and all her family are great hosts. They really made me feel like I was at home. The apartment is super clean, it is located in a really nice area and it is very well connected to the city center. I really recommend it.

Really very quiet neighborhood and offers shopping within walking distance. Unless you want to live out of the suitcase, the room is a bit too small in my opinion. Kiraz is very helpful and runs a clean household. The accommodation is located a bit further away from the center, but from the nearby S-Bahn station you are in 15 minutes at the station Friedrichstraße (10-minute intervals).
