A super luxury apartment in the coolest location.

It’s my dream apartment . More than a 100 meter of a clean top DANISH design. we used High standards materials , local craftsman and furnitures made locally. All the equipment and electric machines are of high quality. Special Local art completes the picture. The apartment is quiet on one hand and on the other hand very close to the water canal , open markets and restaurants. Using the kitchen, the jacuzzi or relaxing on the sofa or on the green porch I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

Quiet area, next to cafés and restaurants, 5min walk from the train and 35min to the airport. You can enjoy playing piano, watching Netflix, cooking or taking a relaxing bath. Kitchen is fully equipped and you have a Sonos sound system to connect to your music. Dedicated work space with screen and office chair.

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The apartment is well-equiped with all you need for a family trip in Berlin. It is clean and includes the spatiousness, that the "altbau" high ceilings offer. You will find all necessary devices for your stay, except TV. I don't watch TV, but there is an Apple-Thunderbolt Screen, you could connect to your PC or laptop. On demand, there is a baby seat and a baby-bed, which can be put to your disposal.

Lakefront House, Panoramic Views, Playground & Hot Tub

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

Lemon tree room w/ private bathr

This is our beloved lemon tree room with almost 400 reviews, but with private bathroom and none else in the apartment, because we will be traveling. It’s a clean, cozy and spacious room (23m2) with a king size bed, fridge and fan in a typical Berliner Altbau, next to the East Side Gallery and between Berlin’s trendiest hoods: Mitte, Kreuzberg and F-hain, but in a quiet area. The bathroom is in front of the room. There is no kitchen.

Sunny luxury loft apartment

Relax with the whole family in this huge loft apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. High up on the sunny fourth floor, you can enjoy the wonderful tranquility despite the central location. Outside on the balcony, you can end the day with a nice cup of tea. The green Mauerpark is very close. The center can be reached in ten minutes by car or metro. The hot tub in the bathroom spoils you after a busy day.
