Really nice place - in the centre of Rye but still very put and peaceful. Comfortable and charming.

The most amazing place to stay. This really is very very special accommodation . The interiors are to die for, it couldn’t be more central and yet it is a peaceful haven in the beautiful bustling town of Rye.

A rather unusual 70’s inspired home, with a great garden space.. Orange leather sofa looked great but actually wasn’t that comfortable.. otherwise would highly recommend

Angela’s place was absolutely incredible. One of the most beautiful Airbnb I had stayed at. Perfectly located on Rye’s Main Street, near shops and restaurants. The inside is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless. The claw foot tub in each room was the perfect way to relax after a day of walking around Rye. Angela was extremely accommodating, letting us check in early at no cost. I already dream of coming back!

Great property in an amazing central location, with super responsive hosts. Watch your head!! The stairs to the top room with the single beds are very steep so I’d just note this if you have any mobility issues in the group.

We were a group of 6 friends, and had a very nice stay in the Lighthouse. Our host was very helpful and assisted when we first had some issues with the WIFI connection. It was a lovely space, easy walk to a couple of restaurants, we tried the Owl, which was very nice with lovely food and friendly staff. 15 minute walk to the main part of the Camber Sands, but you can access the beach earlier to. We chose to walk into Rye, which is a lovely town, with many places to see, eat and just relax. But it is also easy accessible with bikes or a car. The full walk is on a path, and you never need to walk beside the road. Once back to the Light House we spent the afternoon in the garden which had sun all day. The house was tastefully decorated with a better quality furniture than I have experienced in other Airbnb's before, and some nice touches with locally produced cakes and biscuits on arrival. We would happily recommend the Light House for a wonderful stay.

Had an amazing stay in St Leonards and the flat was lovely, with views of the ocean and only a 5 minute walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Lovely bright apartment, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms on the back of the building away from the road with views of trees and shrubbery. Complimentary milk and croissants were a lovely extra. If coming to Hastings again would stay here and recommend it to friends. Thank you for a great stay.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

The apartment was perfect for a weekend away. It had everything we needed and was in such a great location in town, although was lovely and quiet while we were in the apartment. We would stay here again!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The studio had everything you might need and was very clean, cozy, and comfortable—just perfect for a relaxing getaway. A huge thank you for all the thoughtful tips and recommendations—they really made our trip special. We especially loved the scenic walk from Firehills View along the cliffs, followed by a delicious lunch in the garden at the Two Sawyers. Taking the East Hill lift in the afternoon and spending time on the pebble beach in Hastings was the perfect way to round out the day. My family and I wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was spotless which made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we needed, from kitchen essentials to towels and toiletries. The views from this flat are stunning! We enjoyed looking out at the sea. The flat is situated on a hill about a 15 min walk away from the old town and town centre which was perfect! Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. I really appreciated Bindu’s attention to detail and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our first visit to London couldn’t be made easier with this comfortable stay in the heart of the city! Walkable to so many fantastic restaurants, theatres and historic landmarks. The hosts were very attentive in case we needed anything at all, which we didn’t because they really think of everything! The place is remodeled beautifully and the shower/warm water with the right pressure is amazing! They even provided a bottle of wine and chocolates. So accommodating and thoughtful. We would love to stay again.

Simon was really helpful and available at all times for any queries. He gave great recommendations for local restaurants etc and the place is central with free parking opposite.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

Tom’s place was perfect for our Canterbury visit. It was exceptionally clean, great location with amazing river views, all the attractions and restaurants were a short walk away. His apartment was beautifully decorated and modern with an excellent kitchen and bathroom. Tom was very friendly and great communicator. I highly recommend his beautiful apartment.

A great weekend away. The flat was exactly as described and had everything we could possibly need - including lots of little extras. Having air-con in both the living area and bedroom was perfect. Communication was excellent.

Patrick's flat has a great location, close to the train station, the Old Town and Morrisons supermarket. It is also a three-minute walk from West Hill, which offers the most beautiful views of the Old Town and the see. The flat is well-maintained, clean and bright. The living room has a nice view, and the kitchen has a lovely small garden with a terrace. Patrick was always available and responded to my messages. We highly recommend this place!
