Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We spent a total of 6 days with Damir on vacation. The accommodation was extremely outstanding - especially the view with the pool. Since Damir lives right next door, the communication channels were short. Otherwise, everything was super clean and quiet. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be back.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

Saša host impeccable: responsive, helpful, and smiling. Breathtaking view, green environment. The road to get to the property is not very comfortable, but you are happy to make a 😊 unique effort to note: the cold water comes with a very weak jet and the flush takes a long time to recharge. A beautiful apartment in peacefull location, when you're looking for "different" vacation as in popular tourist places, here you go. Klaudia and Deni are very friendly and welcomed us personally, it was very nice with sharing local tips. Apartment was nicely equipmet with all you need, even for travelling with small kids.

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

We felt very comfortable with Emanuela from minute 1. Everything was clean and exactly like the photos. The garden was great and everything is done with a lot of love. We would definitely come back:)

My wife and I had a great time at Alice's. The carefully decorated accommodation is perfect for settling in and visiting the area. You can also land there. The environment is very quiet, the garden is landscaped with great taste and is refreshing and soothing. Alice's animals (dog and cat) are part of the life of the place. They're really lovely. Alice is very considerate with her guests. She has a remarkable sense of hospitality. We had a great time with her. We've only had good experiences with AirBnb but coming to Alice's was an exceptional stay. Thanks for everything Alice.

This was such a beautiful stay. The terrace is lovely- I only wish we had more time, and less rain to enjoy it more. We loved the area, even early in the season.Dajana gave us a wonderful recommendation for an amazing dinner. She met us as we pulled in and showed us around. We shared the property with her family but hardly saw them. All were very pleasant. The beds are extremely comfortable! We had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the water and wine that was left for us. I can highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area.

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful apartment on the Istrian coast. The view and decor of the apartment were exactly as beautiful as in the pictures. Unfortunately we were there in March, so the pool wasn't filled yet and it was still too cold to take a dip. However, we could sit in the sun on the roof terrace. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, the coast is within walking distance (if you can walk a bit) and by car there are many beautiful places within driving distance. We really found the kitchen and all the items to be used to be a plus, so we could also cook for a few days and eat relaxed in the apartment.

great place and super friendly host

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Our second stay here - we loved the location and ease of parking, and the fact that there are so many shops within minutes on foot, so you don’t need to jump into a car every time you need anything. Quiet building, clean, well equipped apartment, welcoming hosts. Totally recommend.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful. As mentioned in my previous review, Miki and Davorka’s place is 10/10! Grčevo, Sablićevo, and other city beaches are just a short walk away. Pećine is loaded with beautiful, intriguing architectural details, from the 19th century Austrohungarian villas that line the hills to the numerous staircases (prilazi) that descend down to the waters of Kvarner Bay (Kvarnerski zaljev). For me, the location was ideal. Beyond the great hosting, colleagues from the University of Rijeka were close, city beaches proved a indispensable respite from work, and even the nearby Joga u svakodnevnom životu facility had an excellent vegetarian restaurant and terrace. Since I overindulge in meat and could sneak of to Lovran quite easily for yet another vibe, it was a perfect fit. Don't miss this spot!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!
