Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Cozy old farm in the country

Holiday apartment made in the old farmhouse on a disused farm between Rønne and Hasle. Lovely courtyard that can be closed off so that children can play safely. Several table and bench sets have been set up for free use. You can experience lots of small birds in the garden and occasionally also deer and hares. Lovely large partial wild garden with fruit trees, cherries, apples and pears, which you are welcome to eat. Ca 2 km. to small cozy beach, forest and lakes. I live on the property myself.

Der er en meget stejl trappe op til lejligheden så den er ikke for dårligt gående, beklager. There is a STEEP stair, sorry. Men her får du så en lille lejlighed (25 m2) næsten i smørhullet af Rønne. Her er gå afstand til forretninger, restauranter, kirke, museum, offentlig transport m.m. Her er ca. 15 min. gang til strand og skov. Min bolig er god til par og forretningsrejsende . Du kan leje sengetøj og håndklæder. Rengøring er ikke incl. You can rent bedcover and towels. No cleaning inc.

Hyggeligt anneks på ca 40m2. Tæt ved vand og skov og rigtig fint havnebad og flere badestrande i nærheden. Her er plads til den lille familie, parret eller vennerne på tur. Anbefales: 2 voksne, 2 børn eller max 3 voksne. Sengene er i samme rum. Ikke opdelte værelser. I har egen indgang og haveareal med mulighed for parkering og boligen har bad & køkken. Vi bor selv i hovedbygningen og hjælper jer gerne med det i skulle få brug for under opholdet. Vi glæder os til at tage imod jer.
