House vacation rentals in Rutland

This is a beautiful property tucked away in the hills of farmland above Norwich. It was perfect for an extended family getaway. Kids loved the pool, ping-pong table and pool table and we loved cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. Great little hike with outstanding views about 20 minutes away on Gile Mountain.

We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend here with a large group for my sister's lowkey bachelorette party. Even with a day of non-stop pouring rain, we were perfectly content with staying in and enjoying the coziness of the house. We had a blast watching the chickens roam around and hanging out with the overly-friendly barn cats while we sat outside. The goats & pigs were happy to greet us at the fence every time. The hot tub and pool were perfect! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a beautifully scenic and peaceful getaway. Thanks, Sarah & BBVF team!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short drive to Lake George Village and only 10 minutes from a wedding we attended in Queensbury. The house itself is absolutely beautiful; the photos don’t do it justice. It was even better in person—clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at William’s. The location was beautiful and the house was comfortable. We had a great mix of day-tripping and relaxing with a view. We also ran into William and he was very helpful and friendly.

Dan & Holly are amazing hosts. They provided everything needed to make our week great. They left dining recommendations and all of the information we needed for the property. It was the perfect space for our family. The on-site amenities were great. The pool space was super clean and the staff was amazing. The property is well maintained and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Downtown Rutland was a short drive, and there was so much to see just minutes from the property. Dan & Holly are extremely responsive and truly think of everything. We had no questions and checking in and out was a breeze because they are so thorough. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. P.S. the new stove/oven is amazing!! 🤩

9 adults and 3 children all met up for a family weekend! We came from NY, NH and Maine! The house was perfect! Plenty of room to gather or separate! Even tho it was a chilly rainy weekend the kids managed to get in plenty of pool time! Tanya was very responsive and Melvin was the greatest! Our first morning he came right over to fix a slow drain. From start to finish we felt like we knew Nicole and her home was all We wanted it to be! My grandsons were sad to leave they wanted more time to enjoy the home. Location was perfect neighbors super nice. Look forward to going back someday

We enjoyed our stay at Jade’s beautiful home. When we had an issue with the power, her husband was right there and resolved the issue in no time! Excellent service!

My sisters and I stayed at Mary’s place in Rutland, VT. Everything about the accommodation was terrific. The home has a nicely designed interior with lovely front and back porch and welcoming yard. Very comfortable sleeping, wonderful bedding and pillows, great showers, super kitchen and great location. Thank you, Mary!

We were incredibly impressed by the cleanliness and organized space of Keke’s home. Things were well marked and instructions were very clear. Communication was easy and fast thru the App! We’d definitely choose to stay here again if we ski Killington or Pico! ⛷️ Thank you Keke!

What a perfect weekend. We were struck by how clean and fresh the house was when we entered, finding it welcoming, comfortable, cozy and well appointed. Charles was an amazing host. He filled the house with welcoming touches like snacks, soft drinks, coffee supplies, as well as bathroom amenities in case we forgot our own. The front deck is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the evening, and I hope to come back when the new back deck is completed. A perfect place to stay, we truly felt like we were in a home away from home.

Location, Location! This was a great location and kept us right in the middle of where we needed to be. Everything was close by. The place was clean and welcoming, just as described. We appreciate everything our host provided.

Perfect place for a Killington/Pico/Okemo ski getaway. Everything was easy to find with clear instructions. Hosts were responsive. My kids (ages 17 & 13) loved the loft. High quality white noise machines were great. We’d stay here again anytime.

Everything was perfect. The house is lovely, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hot tub is the icing on the cake. Host was very responsive and helped with any questions that we had. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that some of the neighbors did complain to our host about us being”rowdy” but we weren’t rowdy at all. Haha! Anyways, love the place, would have stayed longer if I was allowed to.

Great spot, it was perfect for what we needed! I love how secluded the house feels, I wish we had better weather so we could have enjoyed the outdoor firepit and the front porch more. The house had everything we needed and everything was clean and comfortable!

Great place Perfect for skiing

This was our second time staying here. The house works great for our large family ski trip to Killington. They are always responsive to our questions and haven't had any issues during our stays. if you need plenty of space, this place is great.
