We had a great stay here! The amenities were wonderful! Our kids loved the pool and the beach at the lake. Lots to do in this area! Jamie was super sweet and very responsive and helpful! She also makes great recommendations! We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The location is spectacularly quiet, peaceful, and incredibly private—with sweeping sunrise views across the valley that made every morning feel magical. The private deck was perfect for coffee at dawn, and I especially loved the designated bear-watch area (complete with their very own “bear pool”—such a fun and unique touch!). The home itself is beautifully and comfortably decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. On top of it all, Deanna was super responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. Can’t recommend this place enough—an unforgettable retreat!

Exactly like the pictures! Clutter free and clean. In walking distance to McNair Field and Main St. downtown. Lori was very responsive and easy to contact.

We’ve been to Rumbling Bald multiple times and this has been my favorite residence of all! It’s easily accessible, has tons of space, and is well equipped. But the host and her proactiveness and accessibility are what make outstanding. We absolutely loved our time there and hope to make it back again sometime!

This was our second stay at this location. We had a wonderful time and the unit was an excellent location for our trip. Lori was extremely responsive to us and her assistance was terrific. We hope to stay with her again in the future. Thank you Lori!!

My wife and i felt so comfortable and at home. We love the quiet setting and the animals. Sunrises on the farm are breathtaking. I really enjoyed learning and helping on the farm with the cows and seeing how the cheese is made. If ever I’m back in the area, I will definitely stay there or at least stop in for an ice cream, some cheese and to say hello.

Cute place for a getaway with 2-4 people. Beautiful deck, small kitchen with what you need for quick cooking, coffee on hand, bathroom nice with what you need, clean and tidy. Loved the convenience to everything to do in the area. Kids loved the pool! I loved the zip line just 15 mins up the road (not included but highly recommend). Very responsive and helpful host. Lake Lure and views are breathtaking.

Really enjoyed our stay at Reece's place. she was quick to respond with about questions we had. We were in town for a horse show and this was a perfect location. Gas station and feed store just around the corner. House was very clean and had a great back yard for sitting and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

We were looking for a place to stay for our wedding weekend and this was near our venue. It was the perfect place to get ready in, and was very relaxing for us!

We had such a great experience here! The place was very clean, which made settling in easy and comfortable. The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly kind, especially when my kids asked to see their chickens—they were so welcoming and patient. The pool was also a huge hit: clean, well-kept, and a great way to cool off and unwind. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

Place was just as expected. Very relaxing and just what I was looking for. Mackenzie was very responsive and proactive to communicate.

Paul and Jana were great to work with. We had to alter our reservation, and it was done quickly. Correspondence was immediate, and we were encouraged to reach out with any needs that needed to be met. We were able to meet the hosts and their fur babies, and they all were very friendly. They even shared freshly picked blueberries! The pictures and accommodations were described accurately. We especially liked learning about the artist who previously resided there. The location was a short drive from Tryon Equestrian Center and also the Lake Lure area.

This home was absolutely beautiful! From the cozy decor to the comfortable beds, clean linens/towels, and home—plus the babbling creek right outside! I could not recommend this space more. The location is great if you're looking to be out and away but within a reasonable drive into town/cities (Black Mountain is about 15-20 minutes, Asheville is about 40-45 minutes). Jason and his family were proactive in communication, extremely helpful, and left very clear instructions for their home. As a dog owner, the provided dog towels, blanket cover, and bowls were such a helpful touch that made the stay that much better. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! Major highlights: Very clean, comfortable, cozy, and peaceful.

Very cute condo. Resort access was nice to have as there is not much to do but n the area without driving 30-40mins. But with the resort access, you have several pools, a beach, and lots of other things that will keep you busy. The condo is a good size for two people. The added perk of being able to bring our dog was nice. The kitchen is limited- small air fryer and stove top with minimal container options for putting things in the microwave, but we were able to make it work since we were only there a few days. There is a Keurig with coffee pods, which was nice. Overall, the place is clean, dog friendly, with nice access to a resort.

Had a very nice and relaxing stay. Alicia was great and checked on us. Home was in very nice condition and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

Tanja’s garden cottage was nothing short of amazing! She reached out with check in instructions well before my time to check in and even reached out to make sure I got in ok. The cottage was about 10 minutes from town which was nice. Her instructions on how things worked were very helpful and she even left some snacks out for me to have. The bed was also very comfy!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at April and Derek’s lake condo in Lake Lure! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The views of the lake were stunning, and we loved enjoying our morning coffee out on the balcony. April and Derek were excellent hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They provided great recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our trip even better. The location is perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet close to all the fun Lake Lure has to offer. We can’t wait to come back and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene lake escape!
