Enjoy a stay at this comfy/beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Located 2 miles away from Tech, and near downtown. Very close to Ruston Sports Complex. It has 3 beds that could sleep 2 in each, 1 king, full, and queen. There is also a large sofa in the living room, and an extra blow-up mattress. It can sleep 8-10 people. There is a 2-car garage, and a large fenced in backyard. There are 4 Smart TVs, and the house is equipped with everything you will need. No smoking, of any kind Allow pets-$70 fee

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

The location was great for our trip. It was away from town, but also close enough if you like the city. The house has two washers and dryers, which was awesome, since it was HOT, when we visited, and we glistened ALOT. Great front porch to sit on and enjoy a good southern rain shower. Bedrooms were roomy and quaint. Would stay there, again.

The exterior features a charming split house with a combination of brick and wood siding. Large glass panels offer a welcoming entrance, framed by green plants and a stone pathway. A manicured lawn provides ample outdoor space, surrounded by trees and hedges.

We go to Grambling to move our daughters in and out of college every year so we try to find nice houses to stay in while we’re there. This particular house is so beautiful. I really enjoyed the balcony to the master bedroom. It was perfect for me and my husband. I loved the way the house is designed my son liked it so much he said he wants his house made just like it. The beds were so comfortable. We had family game night with some of the games there at the house. My grandson had fun playing outside in the yard. He was all over the house. My kids enjoyed sitting on the front porch, balcony and the yard. The host Lisa was the best host we’ve had yet. She communicated very well. She even checked on us to see if we had made it safely. She had the refrigerator stocked with cold water. She left snacks out for us. We had a very warm welcoming. This home is so beautiful. The area is so peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home and host.

If you are looking for peaceful and beautiful surroundings, this is it. The home was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities needed for a great stay. The host was responsive to any questions that we had and made the check in process very easy. All in all, I highly recommend.

A spacious bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed dressed in a light-colored duvet. Two bedside tables with lamps are positioned beside the bed. Natural light enters through a window covered by sheer curtains, and a textured area rug complements the wooden flooring.

Hope was very responsive, and flexible. She even went as far as airing up the extra mattress for an unexpected guest The home is nice, it doesn't just SMELL clean, it IS clean, and well maintained. I will book with Hope if ever we're in need of accommodations in Ruston.
