A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

This peaceful, seaside escape is perfectly located a 1 minute walk to the beautiful Rustington beach and a 10 minute walk to the village where you will find plenty of restaurants, craft micro-brewery, cocktail bar and shops including Waitrose and Tescos. Just back from a lovely few days here; the apartment was lovely. Exactly as described and perfect location. We managed to get parking directly outside so that was a bonus although the carpark is literally across the road if you need it. Great amenities in the apartment, everything you would need for a short stay including microwave and airfryer. Bed was large and very comfy. I am sure we will be back soon!

lovely place very clean as described, Suzanne was very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast extras were a nice surprise.

Perfect little getaway. Impressively furnished in a compact space and so tastefully decorated. Garden patio is a total sun trap and cottage had everything we needed. Great communication from hosts, we didn’t need anything but I know if we had Cassie would have been right there to help. She gave great recommendations of local eats which we enjoyed! Thank you ❤️

Julie’s place is outstanding-modern & refitted from the top to bottom. High quality and comfortable beds, (2 x doubles & 4 singles) linens & couches. We were a family spending Xmas together and impressively managed to cook a full Christmas roast dinner in the well equipped kitchen. There is a double oven (small upper and lower) and a 4 drawer freezer and a Full size fridge. There was an indoor airer to dry laundry which in the winter was very useful. Cosy electric log burner and efficient central heating. Walkable to great pubs and restaurants and miles of beach with coastal paths. Highly recommend for groups to enjoy quality time together. Our week was a success due to the fantastic amenities and quality of this listing. We would be back in a heartbeat.
