Spacious living areas includes 3 BR, 2 BA, sleeps 8. Sunken LR, DR, kitchen. Screened in room. Bi-level layout with staircase to lower level. Must be able-bodied (uneven surfaces) to access stone staircase path to floating dock in sheltered deep water swimming bay. Security deposit of 20% required for any length of stay.

The entrance is private and will lead to the large master bedroom as well as bathroom with laundry facilities. There is no kitchen in the unit but there is everything you need to make tea and coffee as well as a microwave and minifridge. Sliding doors in the master bedroom lead to a deck to enjoy or a BBQ to use. At 70 steps, it’s a bit of a trek to the dock, but once there, you can make use of the paddle board or kayak. Winter tires or all wheel drive highly recommended in winter!

Nestled in the trees just on the outskirts of Kenora you will find the cutest tiny house, the perfect getaway to rest and relax. Our place boasts beautiful views of the boreal forest which you can enjoy from the spacious wrap around deck. Inside you will find a king size bed in the loft as well as a queen size pull out couch on the main level. The kitchen space is all you would need to whip up a small meal. Our favourite thing to enjoy is the three season outdoor shower.

The bookings are only Sunday-Sunday as per the policy. You walk into a stunning Cabin with tastefully decorated 3 bedrooms, 2 kayaks, A/C, comfort drive up access and just minutes outside of Kenora, Ontario. This is a family oriented place with weekly trips. This is a perfect spring/summer/fall retreat to spend some quality time in paradise call it Lake Life! We have severe allergies and not able to host families with any pets including service dogs!

We have a nice one bedroom apartment on the main floor of our house. Located right in the DownTown area, just blocks away from main street, banks and the harbour front. One block from the Lake of the Woods Brewing Company, the Post Office and the mall (No Frills). Two blocks from the Cinema, many shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Not 10 minutes to the lovely Kenora Harbour Front & the Whitecap Pavilion. Take in all the events and simply walk home.

Summer Cottage Near Kenora

This place was a beautiful private island experience. House was nice and fit well with the lake life feeling. Amazing covered and powered boat house that was much appreciated to charge boat and keep it covered and dry during some of the unfortunate rain that came through during the week. Host is very quick to respond and lives on far side of island. They are close enough to respond quickly if needed but far enough away that you can enjoy the privacy of the island life. Would definitely like to return given the opportunity.

We had an incredible time at this cabin. The surroundings were stunning, offering complete peace and tranquility. Dianne was fantastic, so accommodating, quick to respond, and genuinely kind. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and we will absolutely return for another stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The outdoor shower was a major highlight. We spent many hours out in the canoe and the rowboat, and we didn’t see a single soul the entire time. Robert was lovely and responsive. The cabin was well stocked and clean, and the views were amazing. We brought fishing gear and caught many bass. We saw many turtles, a beaver and lots of different birds. The hike in was moderately difficult and much of it was up hill. We brought our own wagon and used the pull cart Robert supplied. Wear good shoes! It was so worth it though. We’d highly recommend this beautiful piece of paradise!

It’s clear the hosts have poured their hearts into making this a peaceful and welcoming retreat. The amenities were above and beyond—everything we needed and more was thoughtfully provided. Whether we were enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the deck, cozying up indoors, or cooking a meal in the well-stocked kitchen, we felt right at home. Every corner was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of personal touches that made our stay feel extra special. If you're looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, while still being minutes from local restaurants and tourist attractions, this is it. We left feeling grateful, and already dreaming of our next stay.

Don & Bonnie's apartment was the perfect place for my work trip! It was close to the water, the downtown core, and restaurants. They checked in to make sure everything was good shortly after I arrived, and were easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying with Don & Bonnie at this apartment, and I will be booking it next time I am back :)

Had an amazing weekend staying at Kristin’s place. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and settled and had excellent communication. Accommodations were very clean, spacious and felt right at home. Outside is a beautiful deck with a view of the water and was a great getaway. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks Kristin!
