The dream apartment is a modern and tastefully furnished 64m² apartment with loggia in a very good location. The fully equipped kitchen offers all amenities, such as Nespresso machine, soda stream, dishwasher, smoothie maker. The bedroom has a box spring bed, smart TV as well as a workspace with printer. In the storage room you will find a washing machine, dryer and ironing station. The apartment has a free parking space right outside the door. Dogs are welcome!

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment, you will use your own shower room and kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a sofa bed (width: 100 cm) and a bed (width: 90 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same house and are available for any questions you may have.

Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Our terraced house is in a very quiet location on the northwestern outskirts of Osnabrück (near Osnabrück harbor/canal). The beautiful Rubbenbruchsee recreational area and the Heger/Natruper Holz forest areas are just a 5-minute walk away. The cozy, light-flooded apartment is separate and self-sufficient in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached via a common house entrance (first floor).

I stayed two nights in Caroline's super cozy hen house and felt very comfortable from the first moment. Especially the fireplace and the cozy furniture as well as the very comfortable bed met my taste. Caroline was very kind and helpful and I didn't miss anything. Wonderfully grounding. I'll be back.
