The home was excellent in every regard. The location, quality of home, and service were outstanding.

Cody's place was cute and for a small house it had everything we needed. The place was so comfortable I didn't want to leave but it was less than 2 blocks to downtown where there was hot springs, shopping, bands playing and an amazing food scene. Cody was very accommodating to our request and it just made the stay that much better! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Steamboat who wants a quaint, fun and quiet house that is convenient.

Such a cool, fun, funky place. The beds are comfy, kitchen is well appointed and the vibes are spiritual and welcoming. Oak Creek is a cool town and Max’s house is a block away from town and an easy walk to everything. It’s quiet and chill. And our dogs loved the fenced-in back yard.

Amazing location to all things in Old Town Steamboat. Had a great week walking out the front door to shops & restaurants, along the river, and across to Howelsen for tubing and the ice rink. We easily drove down the street to ski but there is a bus stop a block away right across from the hot springs! Parked my van in the off-street parking around back, but mind the overhead clearance if you have an especially tall vehicle. I think we had 2 spots and the other spots were for the adjacent rental (same host) accessed from the alley. 3 upstairs rooms: 2 nice king bed rooms and another room with 2 twins. Great for visit with kids or another couple. Nice bathroom upstairs but tub is a better tub than a shower. Lower level stall shower is not for people of any type of dimensional exceptionalism. Kitchen is up to date, clean and spacious. Host was responsive across the stay, but I didn’t have much to ask besides hello, goodbye, and thanks! Great spot!

The home was absolutely delightful. The furnishings and decor were comfy and welcoming. The location was fantastic—next to a park, about 1/2 mile to town, and a 15-minute drive to the slopes. The kitchen was well-equipped - one of the best kitchens I have stayed in (I have been doing short-term rentals for 15+ years and typically rent 10-15 per year). Also, the beds were SUPER comfortable, with sumptuous linens. The yard was large and had lots of room for our fur baby. It would be great to dine outside and hang out in the spring and summer.

Everything about our experience was great! The house was as described, clean and in a great location. Communication was also excellent throughout the booking, checkin and checkout.

Great spot near the shuttle to the ski area, downtown eateries, grocery store, and Old Town Hot Springs. The house has great set of spices and a good set of pots to do a little cooking. I asked ahead if they had some sesame oil, they didn't, but they bought some for us. Comfortable matresses. Extra blankets in the dining room hutch. Good water pressure in the shower. We decided not to use the sconces in the living room since they flickered just a bit, but there was plenty of other light. From the pictures, I thought there wasn't a TV in the living space, but it turns out the picture over the fireplace is actually a TV.

We were in town for a funeral so we’re looking for a large place to house a lot of family. Michelle’s place was perfect. Easy to find, she was easy to communicate with and the house was a great location to gather friends and family together. It was clean and ready for all our needs! Highly recommend this place.

It was nice and the amenities were nice. This is a hotel/resort property. The Airbnb listing was just for booking. The hotel/resort was managing the experience from check-in to check-out. There were terms and conditions of the hotel/resort in addition to the airbnb terms and conditions. There was an additional credit card deposit upon arrival. The wi-fi was an additional charge as well. This resort does not allow pets. It’s service animals only.

My family and I had a great stay here. Salil was extremely communicative, kind, and helpful! The kitchen was fully stocked with real cook ware and seasonings, the condo was bigger than expected, and the location close to the gondola was great for skiing. Salil also provided a very helpful guide with all the information needed on the airbnb as well as recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, etc. Would definitely return here!

I enjoyed my stay here more than I expected. Hotel with apartment suites is ideal. Love that it’s dog friendly. Full sized refrigerator. HBO available. Very close to town via car. Would stay at any of these properties again.

Incredible location, beautiful and comfortable space in pristine condition, was perfect for my son & I for a couple days of skiing at steamboat. Truly one of the nicest airbnbs i’ve ever stayed in, highly recommend it. Thanks Nicole.

More than anything the location and Martin’s quick response and follow up was top notch. Not a problem for us - but good to note - unit is on a quiet 3rd floor, but no elevator.

Nice, renovated cabin with everything we needed. It was a bit of a far drive to skiing and restaurants in Steamboat, but we wanted something more quiet and peaceful and it was certainly that!!

We had a great time in Steamboat, and part of that is feeling comfortable and rested in your home away from home. Nice dinners around the dining table, two places to entertain or watch tv, and the hot tub are a few things we enjoyed.

Our stay was terrific. We visit Steamboat Springs often and love it for its beautiful nature and walkability. Our trips usually include some remote work and plenty of recreation. This location has become our favorite place to stay! It is just steps away from our favorite restaurants and the park where our toddler enjoys playing. We could walk our dogs along the river, visit the library, and ride our bikes. We brought our eBikes with us, and having the garage to store them was very convenient and secure. Steve was a thoughtful and responsive host, allowing for flexible check-in, which relieved us after a long road trip. The unit has everything you might need for a comfortable stay—laundry, wifi, a stocked kitchen, and a fabulous deck by the river, to name a few. Although we did not use every amenity, it was nice to know they were available. We would love to stay here again and will be recommending it to everyone we know.

What an idyllic home. We had the most perfect weekend & having this place as our landing spot made it all the more excellent. The garden is beautiful, the deck is spacious, the beds were comfortable, the house was pristinely clean, and everything was very well-appointed. Great location & Tom is a tremendous host. 10/10 recommend!

A perfect location for us. We did several bike rides and didn’t have to drive anywhere to start. Left from the condo. The back deck overlooking the water was spectacular. And the sound of sandhill cranes arriving every night and every morning was a nice touch. We’d go there again without question. Thank you

Beautiful, peaceful spot for a getaway. The cabin is comfortable and cozy, checks all the boxes for a home away from home. Jenny is very friendly and quick to respond to messages and needs.

We loved the location, just outside of the Main Street. It was very relaxing, and quaint.

Great weekend getaway to Steamboat. The space was perfect for a few couples on a ski trip. Saw both elk and a bear while onsite and was very easy to get to the mountain.
