Super spacious house and located so close to the shops and restaurants at South Lake Tahoe! Place is very clean, and there are plenty of towels and dining ware for multiple guests.

We had a wonderful girls trip. Chris was warm, welcoming, and responsive. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had a calm, cozy atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Loved staying at this house. It’s clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location with the backyard being the El Dorado National Forest for hiking and just a few minutes from the lake, the casinos, and Heavenly village. Kristina was responsive, friendly, and flexible. Will definitely stay there again.

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in! Everything was clean and just as pictured! If you have a family, this place was perfect! Well stocked in every baby item you could possibly need! We also had a blast taking out the paddle boards to the lake everyday! The hot tub was clean and peaceful and the beds were so comfortable! I would highly recommend! Definitely worth the price!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! It was exactly what we were hoping for. A quiet neighborhood, but very close to town. I felt very lucky to be able to look outside and see the beautiful snow covered mountains. We would absolutely stay again.

This place was exactly as described. I loved the fact that I could bring my dog and there was no charge. The place is older but clean and comfortable. The house is stocked with all essentials and extras.

Sabrina's place was very easy to find and in a nice quiet culdesac. My kids said this is their favorite place they stayed at in the Tahoe area. It was very spacious, plenty of board games, and a TV in every bedroom with a Roku. Safeway was just down the street and plenty of restaurants in the same plaza or within 10-15 minutes.

Lovely house with great amenities in a gorgeous walkable community! Kathy is friendly and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond with sharing about local events and tips about hikes and bike rides.

Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

What a great time we had in Lake Tahoe! Phil and Tammy exceeded our expectations and were top grade hosts. Their Alder Abode provided all the comfort we needed to be able to truly enjoy our vacation. We were greeted with a nice, personalized message as well as some treats and a toy for our fur-baby (pictured). The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pans, k-pods, and various spices for cooking. The bathroom felt luxurious with all the soaps, lotions and bathrobes provided. The heated floors in the kitchen and the bathroom were inviting as well. The Alder Abode is located w/in walking distance from various shops and restaurants. The Guidebook that Tammy and Phil provided list plenty of excellent recommendations so be sure to check them out. One thing we’ll always remember is the message posted from Buddha as you walk into the house, “What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.”, so imagine the vacation you want and make it happen here.

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend at this cabin. Cabin was well set up, beds comfortable, many games/ equipment available for use. The hot tub and views from the deck were amazing. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol. It was a peaceful neighborhood close to beautiful trails but not far from Truckee and amenities. The house was super well maintained and clean with a desk set-up so I could work and fast internet! We loved the deck and natural light pouring into the home. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed what this condo had to offer to us. It was cozy, convenient, had all of the necessities that we needed for our trip. Nic and Maggie were very responsive and helpful when I had questions.

Great location and the house met our needs so well for the weekend. The amenities like the hot tub and view from the deck were really nice! We would stay here again for sure!

Kate is a fabulous host who is available to answer all of our questions and provided excellent instructions in terms of check-in and any questions that we had. It is a walk to the ski hill and we were so fortunate that NorthStar remained open for Easter weekend. We had a wonderful Easter holiday at her luxury condo that is equipped with everything that you could possibly need. We enjoyed the restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe along with sitting outside by the fire pits. We also enjoyed an afternoon at the spa which was absolutely amazing !! I would recommend staying at this beautiful condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family vacation !! Thank you Kate we hope to come back soon !!!

We had a very pleasant stay in this townhouse/cabin and wished we could've stayed longer.

Tao was able to provide plates, cups, and other utensils so we could feel at home. Overall felt like a great experience if you don't mind the walk down the stairs to get to the place. Left my car in the garage so it was out of the street.

Bradley and Alyona were great hosts. Excellent communication and very attentive. The Airbnb was beautiful, well decorated and clean. It’s located next to great hiking trails and other Lake Tahoe activities. The jacuzzi was a plus and we appreciated the welcome package left by Bradley and Alyona. I highly recommend booking with them.

Great place for a quick bachelor party weekend! Host was communicative and a joy to work with. The backyard is nice and the house is gorgeous.

We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were plenty of cozy throw blankets in the living room. It’s a great place to bring your family because it is stocked with board games, puzzles, toys, and even a Nintendo. There is a storage closet stocked with beach chairs and goods to take to the beach as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and view from here. Plenty of close parking. Bed was comfy, kitchen was well stocked (just needed a sponge or dishcloth to wash the dishes with), and streaming services on TV in living area was great. Bathrooms are a little cramped but I’m a tall person. Pool & spa was too far away and in the middle of a construction project but not a big deal. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us, very nice perk.
