Pleasant stay and friendly studio. Nevertheless, it is a shame that we could not have the studio before 3 p.m. and had to leave it before 10 a.m.

This very nice apartment is very spacious, welcoming, very clean and very well decorated. The room overlooks a wooded area and is minutes away from the city center. I recommend it for your visits to Angoulême.

Ah, what a joy to arrive at Thierry's, when you hike with a backpack on your back. The studio is clean and well furnished, there is everything you need, sheets, towels, etc. It wasn't too hot and it was quiet. Thanks again Thierry for the stay.

Very nice accommodation in the middle of the city. It was hot, so I wanted to open the windows but the restaurants are open very late at night and are very noisy. Unable to sleep before 1 a.m. I missed blackout shutters. The day appears very, very, very early: around 6:30 a.m. in early summer. Please note, the air conditioning is a mobile device. It is therefore rather an air extractor, noisy, which requires opening the windows... I had issues with the parking badge not working. Medhi was very responsive in trying to find solutions. For organizational reasons, and simplicity (which is far from the parking lot...) I parked in the November 11th square which is free. Except, in the morning, there are often events and the signs are not legible. So my car was impounded. In the end, the parking cost me a lot! For the WIFI, remember to check the code, the one indicated on the site is not the right one.

Hosts are very friendly and responsive . The accommodation is clean, well-equipped, no problem parking the car. A plus for this city "Les Antilles de Jonzac " excellent place to relax. Ability to walk along the seugne. Shops are close by.

We came as a group of 7 for the 2025 Comic Festival. We were greeted with a friendly welcome that immediately put us at ease. Accommodation is clean and tidy, the items made available are well indicated and suitable (towel, kitchen, dishwasher etc.). The setting is quiet and peaceful, less than a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. Thanks for your kindness!

Quiet stay in the countryside with the sound of the river as background music. Ideal for large group stays. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. There is nothing missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe discovery of the environment for all ages.

Extremely hospitable and welcoming hosts. Made us feel right at home, almost as if we were friends of the family! Very helpful and responsive on messaging, provided excellent recommendations of things to do (recommend the kayaking) and even invited us to the local village fête de musique. A wonderful, relaxing and memorable time which we would certainly recommend.

The cottage is superb, with its old stones full of charm, set in the middle of a green setting, not to mention its swimming pool and its "guinguette" which allow you to enjoy real moments of conviviality with peace of mind. Very well equipped and very clean hotel apartment. Right next to the West Indies, so perfect for those who want to get there often. Everything is well designed to stay and visit the area.

We went to Cognac for the Blues Passion festival. The accommodation is ideal, central and close to everything (shops, public garden, restaurants, bakeries...). Ludovic welcomed us in person, very friendly and gave good advice. The accommodation is very convenient, clean, very well equipped, very personal where you feel at home. Excellent bedding. comfort. No complaints. Very convenient private parking to leave the car for the duration of the stay. Thanks Ludovic for everything!!!!
