The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

In a superb private mansion in the heart of the city with a view of one of the most beautiful squares in Nantes and located close to prestigious sites such as the Art Museum and the Castle of the Dukes, come and discover this 180 m2 apartment with refined, historical and luxurious decoration where each room is a journey. The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Come and relax in this charming studio adjacent to our main residence. Its privileged geographical location is halfway between Nantes and Pornic (30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the Planète Sauvage Zoo. It is located in the center of Sainte-Pazanne and is close to all amenities on foot. New since November 2024, this residence offers a living/night area with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The entrance is autonomous and independent.

A St Herblain, on the outskirts of Nantes, independent and air-conditioned house of 35 m² with fully renovated private access to welcome you. Enclosed garden of 50 m². Nestled at the bottom of a small courtyard, it evokes the charm of Italian courtyards and southern coastal cities. Carefully decorated in shades of sapphire blue and antique pink, it offers a pleasant and soothing setting. Parking is free in the neighborhood and tram line 1 is a 15-minute walk away.

Gîte ROUANS

Small terraced house with our home, equipped to accommodate 4 adults (or up to 5 people for people traveling with children) with a master bedroom and a children's room with 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. Bed linens and towels are provided. Large fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Located 3 km from the village. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your pets. Very quiet, large wooded garden, nice setting.

Le Pressoir: spacious, full of nature, Pornic 20 minutes

Belle Perche: Rural cottage, spacious and bright, quiet in a grain farm in Organic Agriculture between Loire and Ocean. Ideal location for forest walks and sylviculture, 100 meters away, the Ocean 15 mins, Nantes 1/2 hour. All amenities 5 km away. Renovated old farm building. Communicating cottage with Gite Maison du Jardinier, for 12 beds, on request. Beds made on arrival, linen provided. Kitchen base

Charming little cottage by the river

In a green setting on a wooded plot by the river, come and relax during your stay. Possibility to borrow bikes from us if you wish.
