The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be included in the living space. You are really on the (swimming) water of the clean lake. Beautiful chalet, detached in our backyard with heated swimming pool (approx. May-October 1). Lots of privacy and warmly decorated. Beautiful location in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen. Also within cycling distance: the best shopping city in the Netherlands, Haarlem, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

"The Barn" on the Paltzerhoeve in Soestduinen.

Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Estate de Paltz, lies the Paltzerhoeve. This is where The Barn is found. Staying in this original old barn, and now cozy vacation home, is an experience in itself! Here you can enjoy the wooded environment and the idyllic, quiet atmosphere on the Estate. The presence of the stables on the property, where the horses naturally live outdoors, adds to the rural atmosphere. There's a view of horses everywhere on premises!
