The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the small town of Baumholder, an attractive environment for nature lovers and hikers. We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets are quickly accessible from the apartment by car.

Almost everything is great: really bright clean warm apartment with everything you need. Three small criticisms: * You have to sprinkle the steep path yourself in snow or smooth ice (but sprinkler was there) * The explanation of the TV could be a little more detailed for older audiences. * The water pressure is not very high. Still happy to come back

Communication and booking worked smoothly. However, I find it a bit misleading that the listing mentions a living room. For me personally, a living room is a room with a couch and TV .. in the accommodation are the two described bedrooms. The "living room" is an open kitchen with a dining area... maybe you should mention that in the description. We had planned accordingly and then had to reschedule. We arrived as a group of three and thought everyone would have a bed and one the couch (which you expect in the living room). But otherwise there is definitely nothing to complain about
