The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

We are renting out a lovingly renovated, fantastic apartment with a large roof terrace. The apartment extends over the entire attic of a house that was built around 1900 in the spa style. The charming house is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection grove, so that you can already hear the sea rushing while having breakfast on the terrace.

You are located in the northeast of the Hanseatic city of Rostock, directly and only 15 minutes' walk from the Warnow, 10-15 minutes' drive from Warnemünde beach. The Baltic Sea beach in Markgrafenheide, Hohe Düne or Graal Müritz can also be reached in about 20 minutes by car without problems. Gutleben country house - lots of flair, sauna and nature

This house found us! By chance, this old farmhouse was offered to us furnished for sale in 2019. We immediately fell in love with the lovingly furnished house, the enchanting garden and the unique location at the end of a 1.5 km long asphalted cul-de-sac surrounded by fields. As a sailor, I, Peter, love the unobstructed expanse, the wind, the silence, the proximity to nature. I found all this here together with my wife Denise - almost our anchorage on land.
