Le logement est fabuleux. Sur ce point nous serons tous d'accord. Idéalement situé. Parfaitement aménagé. Exactement conforme à l'annonce. Mais une chose n'est pas assez précisée selon moi. Je n'ai jamais connu un tel accueil. Cet accueil est assuré par Marta. Une femme d'une classe et d'une gentillesse sans comparaison. Des hôtes à l'image de leur fabuleuse citée. Merci à vous. Je ne rêve que de revenir à Venise grâce à vous

Wunderschöne Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht – große Töpfe, eine große Pfanne und noch vieles mehr. Es gibt sogar eine Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kapseln. Sehr, sehr großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfelspender und kühlem Wasser. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und technisch top – TV mit Soundsystem und Google Sprachsteuerung. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig und ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet – Shampoo, Duschgel und sogar ein Glätteisen sind vorhanden. Extremer Pluspunkt sind die gratis Sonnenliegen mit Schirm. Der Weg zum Strand ist ebenfalls sehr kurz. Weiter zu erwähnen ist der vorhandene Parkplatz für Leute, die mit dem Auto anreisen. Auch der Austausch mit Alberto war jederzeit möglich. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt wäre die Schlafcouch, aber angesichts all der anderen positiven Aspekte kann man darüber leicht hinwegsehen.

Viihdyimme todella hyvin. Asunto oli siisti, puhdas ja kodikas. Lähellä Venetsian parhaat paikat. Viestintä oli erinomaista. Suosittelemme lämpimästi muillekin!

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Honestly, it was just perfect. I felt so happy staying here. Thank you so much, Andrea!

Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum. Schon bei der Ankunft punktet sie mit einem privaten Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück — direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist auch bequem per Aufzug erreichbar. Perfekt für schweres Gepäck. Dort angekommen erwartet einen eine makellos saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, in der man sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen: In weniger als drei Minuten erreicht man eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten – und sogar der Strand liegt nur einen Sprung entfernt. Das absolute Highlight ist der wundervoll grosse Balkon: mit traumhafter Aussicht, ruhiger Atmosphäre und sogar einem Hauch Meerblick. Wir haben uns alle in diesen Ort verliebt – der perfekte Platz, um den Tag entspannt zu beginnen und ausklingen zu lassen. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Location was conveniently located to transit and tourist areas, yet was in a quiet neighbourhood so great for resting & sleeping. Place was comfortable and well-equipped. Leo was super responsive and helpful. Even told us in advance about the special access fee days and how to get the appropriate exemption. Plus provided a great guide with tips.

La casa di Eleonora è piccolina, ma gli spazi sono organizzati molto bene e ci sono due bei poggioli per fare colazione fuori e per stendere le cose dopo la spiaggia, che ampliano lo spazio a disposizione. Ma il vero pregio è quello di essere direttamente sul mare. In 2 minuti sei in spiaggia, Eleonora ci ha fornito un ombrellone e due lettini nella spiaggia adiacente, che non è poco!! Allo stesso tempo a 50 metri dal palazzo c’è la via con tutti i ristoranti e bar, e proprio vicino c’è un supermercato. Insomma l’ideale, parcheggi la macchina nel posto riservato sotto il palazzo e arrivi ovunque a piedi. Per qualche giorno di vero relax é perfetta!!

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

Perfect home to stay

Es war alles tip top. Schneller Check-In obwohl wir zu früh dran waren. Völlig unproblematische Kommunikation. Unterkunft wie beschrieben - modern, sauber, völlig ausreichend für 3-4 Personen. Strand war in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unsere Tochter hatte auch gestrahlt als sie das Trampolin im Garten entdeckt hat!

Bellissimo appartamento, in una posizione molto tranquilla. Cucina e bagno attrezzati, è tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Purtroppo la sera a Burano non ci sono molti posti aperti, sarebbe stato meglio organizzarsi per cenare a casa. Con i bambini bisogna stare attenti alla scala che è un po’ esposta. Super consigliata!

Mega schönes neues Haus in perfekter Lage zum Meer. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Abbiamo passato due giorni piacevolissimi. L'alloggio è come da descrizione, spazioso e pulito e il servizio è stato ottimo, ma soprattutto ringraziamo Stefania per la disponibilità e la pazienza con il nostro vivacissimo cagnolino Joey!

Die Wohnung ist ideal , um mit dem Wasserboot Venedig zu besuchen und sich dann auf dem Lido vom Trubel zu erholen. Das Meer mit öffentlichen Strandzugang ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt! Mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad kommt man leicht zum Ableger (10-15Minuten). Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Schöne Terrasse und Balkon mit Meerblick! Tey ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

Wir haben für 4 Tage die Unterkunft bewohnt, wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (6 und 11). Größe hat gut gepasst. Es war eine angenehme Gegend und alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Wasserbushaltestelle LIDO und auch zum Strand (wir waren am free beach) war es nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren sehr gut! Die Türen zum kleinen Innenhof hatten Fliegengitter, Temperatur war im Mai noch sehr angenehm, Klimaanlage brauchten wir noch nicht. Praktisch fanden wir, dass Handtücher, Duschgel, Seife, Klopapier… vorhanden war.

Alles wunderbar und tolle Lage! Der private Strand ist ein absoluter Bonus! Germania war immer erreichbar und hat immer geantwortet. Alle problemlos, wir würden wieder kommen! Danke. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Debora die Hausmeisterin! Sie war IMMER DA, hat sich um alles gekümmert und war so hilfsbereit und herzlich. Ein Engel! Danke für alles Debora!!!

Ruhige, aber trotzdem zentral gelegene Wohnung in Chioggia-Sottomarina. Busabfahrt nach Venedig von der Piazzale Europa in Sottomarina!

Watersdoor is the perfect romantic hideaway in this beautiful city. Maria and her team could not have been more welcoming and helpful and truly made our stay in Venice so effortless and memorable. We can’t recommend Watersdoor highly enough

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

Host molto amichevole e disponibile. Indicazioni molto chiare. Appartamento spazioso, confortevole, e comodo sia per il mare che per il centro storico.

Couldn’t ask for more really. The apartment is stylish old school with big windows, beautiful private courtyard, 1 min from a vaporetto stop and 2 stops from Piazza San Marco. I liked the beautiful view from across the big canal and the fact I had to use boat transport which made for a very lovely experience. The kitchen was super well equipped even had coffee, tees, pasta, olive oil etc. Federico is super proactive communicator - I haven’t had such detailed instructions and tips ever from a host. Even met his mum Angela who gave us the keys :)
