Esperienza ottima! Ho soggiornato a Tortoreto Lido da Titti e mi sono trovato davvero bene. La casa era pulitissima, ordinata e dotata di tutto il necessario per passare una vacanza tranquilla. La posizione è perfetta: a due passi dal mare, ma in una zona tranquilla dove si dorme bene anche la notte. Titti è stata un’host eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronta a dare una mano se serviva qualcosa. Comunicazione veloce e precisa, mai invadente ma sempre presente al momento giusto. La casa è comoda, con spazi ben organizzati, aria condizionata, parcheggio facile e anche un piccolo balcone molto utile. Ideale sia per coppie che per famiglie. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno da lei. Se torno a Tortoreto, scelgo di nuovo Titti senza dubbio!

Appartamento piccolo e stupendo, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Pulitissmimo e attrezzato per ogni eventualità. A due passi dal mare, dal centro, da tutto. Arredamento splendido. we spontaneously decided to stay 2 nights in Pescara. from the first moment on, Raffaele was super helpful and actively communicating with us. the apartment was very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. also the kitchen provided everything necessary. The only little minus is the noise from the street which is a bit busy. but with windows closed it didn't bother us. we loved the time in Pescara and felt very at home in the apartment. strongly recommend Raffaeles place, he is a great host.

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

Muy lindo apartamento, súper cómodo y limpio, a pasos del mar. Tiene una terraza maravillosa! Ellos son muy amigables. Sugerencia… deberían poner wifi ya que no tiene y cuando estás viajando es muy necesario. Pero lo recomiendo mucho!

The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. It is very close to the sea. We missed few things, and Sandra organised all perfect. We are thankfull to Sandra for her helpfulness and intelegent. One thing I could mention is that the apartment is close to the main street, the morning silence was missing. But this place guaranteed that the sea is close, shops and restaurants are nearby. The impressions are good, especialy for Sandra. I recommend to stay there

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Flexible check-in, great communication with the host and a perfectly prepared apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, but due to the many good restaurants nearby, it was rarely used. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. Listening to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. Thank you Francesco, you were a great, pro-active and very friendly host. Grazie e alla prossima :-)

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Emanueles Bruder, Federico herzlich empfangen. Er zeigte uns die Wohnung und gab uns alle nötigen Informationen. Die Wohnung war "blitzblank" und sauber, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Kurz gesagt: Eine tolle Unterkunft, an welcher es nichts auszusetzen gibt. Im "Hof", oder im Aussenbereich konnte sich unser Hund nach der langen Fahrt wieder frei bewegen und wir uns gemütlich entspannen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr nahe am Meer und vielen Restaurants. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und danken Emanuele und seinen zwei Brüdern für die Gastfreundschaft.

Il mio soggiorno stato molto tranquillo nella casa di Domenico,una casa molto confortevole,ed educato,ha superato le mie aspettative.

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Casa praticamente sul mare,si apre il cancelletto e ci si trova sulla via verde dei trabocchi.Pulita e spaziosa all'interno e con un ampio giardino all'esterno,in una zona molto tranquilla.Paride è stato molto gentile e disponibile,ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno ed è stato anche premuroso nel farci trovare al nostro arrivo dei biscottini fatti in casa, del caffè e dell'acqua.Non è così scontato! Inoltre Paride è stato elastico sia per il check in che per il check out,agevolandoci il soggiorno . Consigliatissimo!

Delizioso appartamento molto curato con tutti i comfort , con un patio esterno molto carino . L’Host Monica è una persona squisita reattiva e disponibile alle esigenze di chi soggiorna Giulianova una bellissima cittadina !!!

Wir, vier Mädels, waren vor kurzem für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Diese ist etwas weg vom Schuss (20 Minuten Fußweg von der Stadt/Dorf) aber für uns war es völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten etwas Ruhe nötig. Der Check-in war total unkompliziert. Fabrizio hat auf uns bereits gewartet und die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz stand in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat eine exzellente Lage, direkt am Strand. Wir haben ganz besonders jeden morgen die Terrasse genossen. Hinzu kommt der private Strand. Fahrräder standen zur Verfügung. TOP!!!! Die Räumlichkeiten sind für vier Erwachsene etwas beschränkt. Wir hatten nicht immer ein gutes Wetter, so dass man sich nicht gut verteilen konnte. Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig. Auch der Garten ist schön aber zu viel Krempel, was hier und da liegt. Dennoch war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank Fabrizio!

Ich kann dieses Haus mit dem großartigen Garten nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und waren angenehm überrascht, wie schön und komfortabel alles war. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und herzlich, und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, tolle und stilvolle Einrichtung. Durchdacht mit den Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für die Kleidung. Induktionsherd und Waschmaschine und einer Regendusche. Wunderschön mit dem Holz an der Decke und wichtige Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Vermieter waren immer errwichbar und haben sofort geantwortet. Check in und Check out waren super und persönlich durch die Vermieter. Können wir nir empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr schöne und eher belebte Umgebung mit einem wunderschönen Strand.

Caterina e Paolo sono stati molto disponibili e hanno saputo farci sentire a casa. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto personalmente e tutto era in ordine e pulito. L'appartamento funzionale e comodo è stato un ottimo appoggio per le nostre escursioni nei parchi e nelle spiagge vicine. Siamo una famiglia con due bambini e trovare un ambiente rilassante per concludere le giornate di "avventure " è stato rilassante. Zona silenziosa e a due passi dal mare.

Die Wohnung und die Terrasse waren sehr schön. Nur ein Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder gern kommen.

Casa molto bella e curata nei minimi dettagli! attraversi la strada e si è subito in spiaggia e nei dintorni ci sono tutti i servizi a portata di mano come supermercato, bar, pasticceria, farmacia ecc. il centro di San benedetto dista 15/20 min a piedi quindi ottima anche la posizione. Gabriele è molto educato e simpatico e pronto ad aiutarti in qualsiasi modo con risposte molto tempestive. Unica nota dolente ma riguarda solo il mio caso è che l'ascensore non arriva al piano e c'è da fare una rampa di scale e nel mio caso con un neonato e passeggino appresso a lungo andare è un pò scomodo. per il resto Gabriele e casa direi al top!

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

Die Unterkunft ist im Herzen von Francavilla al mare. An der Sirena, dies ist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt dieser am Meer entlanggezogenen Stadt. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt(weicher Sandstrand). Über eine Unterführung (unter den Bahngleisen) gelangt man bequem zum Strand, der Weltbesten Eisdiele "Tennisbar dal Professore" und zu div. Restaurants. Auf Seite der Unterkunft, befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte (es empfiehlt sich das Auto zu nehmen) Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Eckhaus, hochpaterre. Im Großzügigen Eingangsbereich befindet sich die kleine Küche offen zum Wohn- Esszimmer, schön hell und geräumig. Zwei Schlafzimmer gehen rechts davon ab und das Bad links. Von den Schlafzimmerfenster kann man das Meer sehen. Alle Räume habe Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung ist sauber,ordentlich,geräumig, zentral.Kleine "Helfer"wie Wäscheständer, Sonnenschirm und Besen erleichtern die Organisation nach einem schönen Strandtag. Wir danken Elisa für die tolle Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
