The apartment and the terrace were very nice. Just a stone's throw from the sea. We felt very comfortable and would always be happy to come back.

We returned again this year to this apartment, which is perfect for us: always very clean, fully equipped, with the large terrace from which you can see the sea and the huge garage where both the car and the bikes are comfortably stored. It's close to the sea and bike paths. Uanita is always very kind and helpful. We always have a great time!

Giovanni is a very kind and responsive host! A little gift for our children was waiting for us on arrival, which clearly touched us a lot. The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious. It is very well equipped and it can be noted that compared to other rental apartments, the equipment of this one is regularly renewed to give a new look. We also really appreciated the private parking space and the 2-minute walk to the beach. We will be happy to stay in this accommodation for our next stay in Montesilvano.

I stayed in this apartment and was really satisfied! The house is cozy, clean and well organized. The kitchen is perfect, with all the necessary tools for cooking comfortably. It was really nice to find essentials like salt, oil, sugar and spices, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Not having to think about buying everything you need to cook was a real plus. The location is ideal, in a quiet but well connected area. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort and practicality!

Beautiful new apartment, very centrally located. The suite is in the ZTL zone so you cannot park there; however it was a short 10 minute walk to the central parking lot by the train station (which was also very cheap). Valentina had everything we could need in the apartment - it was well stocked with necessities for cooking as well as condiments in the fridge. We loved her place and highly recommend it! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Valentina!

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

Sara's apartment was well beyond expectations! Everything is perfectly in order and clean; the differences can also be appreciated in the smallest details such as the supplies in the bathroom and kitchen of products not from discount stores but of excellent quality, first aid kit, essential oils and attached diffuser, wifi. The very bright apartment is located in a quiet area, served by an excellent garage and ample free parking in front of the complex. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony that offers the possibility of being able to dine outdoors or simply enjoy a little relaxation. Sara is definitely a very attentive host and always available. I will definitely consider it for future trips to Chieti.

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation in a dream place! We stayed in this beautiful vacation home for 5 days and we couldn't have asked for more! The house is exactly as described (indeed, even more beautiful in person), very clean, with attention to detail and equipped with every comfort. The location is fantastic, in the hills, with a beautiful view. The house is cool and quiet, equipped with a swimming pool, garden, and indoor parking. A special thanks to Bronis and her husband Mauro, who were very kind and always available, who welcomed us with great warmth and provided us with very useful tips for exploring the area. We had a great time, in a well-kept and clean house, equipped with all the essentials, even for breakfast. The host is present, friendly and available. The sea is a few minutes' walk away: you will find a beautiful pine forest in a protected area and equipped beaches (in moderation) next to large areas that are fortunately left free. The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.
