Welcome home, a place designed to be enjoyed

House from 1932 renovated while maintaining the original charm of the time. It has 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. Discover details and features of the house's spaces and possible activities to do in the area on our Instagram: @_casaalba_ Guests can freely access all open spaces in the house; living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, study, patio, balconies and terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. On the way to the Pyrenees and the sea of the Costa Brava. The neighborhood itself has all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets... PARKING IN THE AREA: (ES) *In front of the house is a BLUE ZONE, you have to pay at the machines during these hours: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM and 5:00 PM-8:30 PM *Free parking near the house, on the same street below, for example Carrer Torres i Bages (all the streets that are marked for parking have white lines). *We have a closed car park near the house. Very well located apartment, a few minutes walk from the center where the restaurants are located. The residence is quiet and well maintained, the pool very nice and the apartment very functional. I would highly recommend.

Very good location, very clean and well-equipped accommodation. The icing on the cakes: private parking, which is essential in Tossa because it is very difficult to park in the city and all parking is for a fee.

The space matches the description and photos. Upon arrival everything was clean and tidy, with linens and towels. It includes everything it says in the listing. Quiet and beautiful area, easily accessible and with free area to park outside. About a 20 min walk to the beach. Interhome always available for any questions. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday.

Really well-equipped and pleasant accommodation. You have a nice view of the sea, which looks even better than in the photos 😃 The people from the rental agency are really nice and everything is well explained. We really had a great time, despite the following downsides. The noise isolation of the listing is really low. As for the outside, it's pretty good, but internally, it's disastrous. I want to clarify that this is mostly done by neighbors who really have no respect. High-volume TV, phone conversations, and conversations telling you about the lives of the latter. There is no ventilation (mechanical or not) that makes the apartment extremely wet, it is necessary to ventilate and heat to evacuate the humidity in mid-season. Don't worry, there's no mold, but your clothes can get wet if you forget them on the floor for example. Other than that, very good rental.

Villa Lavande by Interhome

My family and I stayed here for 10days in mid June. The Villa was lovely, very spacious and airy and peaceful. It was great having the pool and lovely garden (despite the mosquitos who loved our Irish blood unfortunately!) and the views of the mountains was spectacular. Our host was very accommodating regarding the check-in and checkout times (our flights were a bit awkward) and she was on hand when we thought there was an issue with the pool (there wasn't!). The local town, Saint Genis, was quaint and everyone was very friendly and helpful (we unfortunately had to visit the pharmacy a couple of times). Argeles and Collioure were only 15-20 mins drive away, very easy to get to with loads of nice restaurants to check out and my Dad enjoyed his daily morning swim at the peaceful Plage du Racou. All in all it was a great stay at the Villa. One small note, it would have been nice to have had towels provided for the stay, we bought some in the supermarket. Other than that, perfect!

Bonica by Interhome

The house was very nice and has everything you need for a two week stay. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants and the beach (about 20 minute walk). The house had secure parking with easy access. The pool and outdoor space is very pretty, although the pool is not heated so it was too cold for us in September/October. There is no washing machine but we used the laundry that was recommended by the rental agents and they were great! The WiFi and A/C worked very well and we had excellent communication with Interhome, the rental agent. A couple of things could be done to make this a 5 star review - the addition of a bbq or outdoor grill would be a bonus as we enjoyed cooking at the house some evenings and sitting outside also I think the bedding needs to be upgraded as the quilts and blankets available were very old and stained. Maybe in the summer you would only sleep with sheets so this wouldn’t be a problem. Overall a very good stay!

It was a very nice stay. The house was 1 to 1 as shown in the pictures and description. We had a problem that the electric gate could no longer open. We could just call the phone number you provided and it was resolved quickly and easily. Would recommend this place.
