The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

It may also be suitable for wheelchair use. The apartment is located directly at the Rosenbach train station. Access to all public transport right at your doorstep. Nevertheless, very quiet and secluded location. 12 km to Velden Wörthersee, 12 km to Lake Faak.
