I've stayed at Ryan’s place every time I’m in town for business—it’s my go-to spot. This little apartment has everything you need: a peaceful vibe, reliable internet for working remotely, and it’s just a short walk to the center of town. The street is beautiful and tree-lined, which adds to the charm and it has an off street parking spot. But what really makes it special are the hosts—Ryan and Carolyn are warm, welcoming, and always make me feel at home. Always a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended.

Easy to get in and clean and ready has things you need

This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

Wonderful place to stay with the family! There's a nice park nearby, the highway is a few minutes drive and the location was quiet and easy to find. I was very pleased with Thao's communication and personalized effort given to our stay, we felt special for sure. I would definitely recommend staying here! Anna’s place was fantastic! Clean, clean, clean in every single room, on every single surface, even the windows were spotless! No clutter, well-appointed rooms, comfy beds, with nice pillows and sheets. Beautiful bathroom and all new appliances in the kitchen. Super quiet, nice, walkable neighborhood. The front of the house has lovely curb appeal with a manicured lawn, and beautiful hydrangea bushes, while the back yard is very relaxing and comfortable with outdoor furniture, a lovely green lawn, and horses just beyond the fence. All in all, Anna’s place is top notch across the board, in every category! One can tell immediately that she takes great pride in her place! Thank you so much for making my stay in Sacramento such a pleasant one Anna!

Cute place! We're locals and got to stay for a week during our remodel. It's a great location in East Sac on a cute street--walking distance to some of our favorite stores and restaurants.

The house was amazing and in an ideal location. We were excited to see a huge park across the street, but never even left the gorgeous private backyard. Plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. All amenities were present. Easy check out process too!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Secret Garden Duplex in Sacramento’s charming Curtis Park neighborhood. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the fragrant jasmine blooming around the archway and lush, beautifully maintained landscaping that made the whole property feel like a peaceful retreat. The interior of the home was cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully appointed—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the comfortable living space and well-stocked kitchen, which made it easy to prepare a picnic dinner that we enjoyed outside in the garden with a bottle of wine. The outdoor garden area was a highlight—peaceful, colorful, and full of blooming flowers. We loved spending time there and taking in the lovely surroundings. We also took daily walks through the neighborhood, admiring the manicured yards, incredible plants, and charming homes that make Curtis Park such a special area. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Lin's place! The house was beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly stood out, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Lin was a wonderful host, providing us with all the necessary information and being very responsive to our needs. We can't recommend this place enough and would love to return in the future! The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

The condo was amazing and perfect. There were a few things that were our of the host's control (such as neighbors suddenly getting noisy) However the host and co host kept communication and stepped in when they could. Overall amazing stay and so great full for them both.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Great stay and great place! I was only at Danielle's place for a quick night but it was a nice-sized condo that met all of my needs.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

The Crow’s Nest is perfect and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great and just a couple blocks from the Golden 1 Center. The condo is so cute and clean and well organized. The hosts were super nice and helpful. I really appreciated the extra touches like coffee and cream, Q-tips and lotion in the bathroom, plenty of extra towels and toilet paper, a well stocked kitchen, etc. You can walk almost anywhere you need to, but there is also an assigned parking spot in a secure lot which was super helpful on a busy weekend in downtown Sacramento. The balcony is spacious with a nice view of the sunset. The pool was also a nice and quiet area to go swimming and relax in the sun. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!
