Welcome to this beauty, totally remodeled home offering a great location, close to 14fwy, coffee shops , shopping centers and restaurants, close to hospital, and AV college, few minutes from Northrop Grumman and Lockheed. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, fits 5 people, two queen beds, (one single folding bed upon request) NO Smoking, NO Party’s allowed. (Studio attached to main house) expect other guest in laundry area and/or back yard.

Yo if you have lived with roommates, and had your own bathroom your respectful and don't smoke in his house. I stayed 3 nights and cooked. This to me is well worth it. If your looking for a place to party this is not the place for you. If you want to get cleaned up and refreshed in a cool house this is the place you want.
