Apartment in basement with good light and newly renovated bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed. Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. Completely renovated bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private small patio. Located in a quiet residential area (Solbacken) close to both central Malmö and the sea. Parking is available on the street for a small fee, excellent transportation to the center/Copenhagen/Skåne. We have no animals and speak Swedish, Danish, English, French and a little Italian.

The guest house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can enjoy birdsong with your morning coffee. There is access to WiFi, laundry room and proximity to most things you may need. Within walking distance, there is Möllan's marketplace for fruits and vegetables, a number of grocery stores as well as restaurants, parks, playgrounds and buses and trains. Copenhagen and Lund can be reached within 20 minutes by train or bus

Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)
