Great and easy place to find. Quiet area and close to the beach and lots of amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose and Omayra’s Airbnb in Punta Santiago. The space is a private sublet apartment located at the rear of their main home, and it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after hot days of exploring. Jose and Omayra were warm and welcoming hosts who took the time to clearly explain the house rules and how everything worked, which made settling in easy. They also provided a helpful guidebook full of local tourist attractions and were full of great recommendations for things to see and do. The property features several shared spaces like a cozy front patio and a charming coffee bar—perfect for relaxing in the morning. The location is peaceful and set in the countryside, yet conveniently located near several key attractions like El Yunque National Forest, El Río Hippie, and the Humacao Nature Reserve. This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great stay great place close by a lot of things only things there’s only one mirror in the bathroom only I highly recommend will definitely stay again

This is my second time staying at Heather's and it was just as great as the first time! Natalia was incredibly responsive and the place was perfect. Having the house right across from such a beautiful, quiet beach was ideal. It was also super close to El Yunque and the bioluminescent bay. Could not recommend this place enough!

Everything we wanted in a perfect location! My husband and I picked Berneice’s place for our honeymoon and first time in Puerto Rico. The instructions to get inside were detailed and included photos with descriptions. Checking out was quick; we just needed to take trash and return the keys. Berneice was such a proactive host and checked in with us even though we didn’t need a thing! Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc made our stay easy and convenient. I would suggest checking out the host’s guidebook for recommendations!

Will definitely stay longer next time. We stayed for one night to catch the ferry to culebra (plan that trip at least week before, tickets are very hard to get!) but this listing was amazing. Super easy to get to, apartment was clean (bathroom was spotless) beautiful little deck area with chairs rooms were spotless. There are lots of things to do around such beautiful beaches and activities. If you are looking at this spot definitely stay here.

Excellent beach house, ideal place to rest and enjoy with family Staying at Vanessa's house was a wonderful experience. It's an excellent beach house, where you and your children can have an amazing time. Everything was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and with a very welcoming energy that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect: the beach is just a 2 to 3 minute walk away, and everything you need is very close. It's a quiet, beautiful and peaceful place. The house was comfortable, well-equipped and with a charming style that really invites you to relax. Vanessa was an exceptional host. Very friendly, helpful and always willing to answer any questions quickly. You could tell they were dedicated to making everything perfect. Honestly, I didn't want to leave. I loved everything: the house, the surroundings, the service... I give it a 10 out of 10 and I definitely hope to return soon to stay in that beautiful home. 💯

Great place to stay right around the north town side of the island. The double shower bathroom is underrated and was a huge plus to shower off and keep going quickly.

Maria was a great host! There was nothing we could have asked for that she did not provide. The house was roomy and decorated nicely. I would definitely recommend her place. I would book with her again. Thank you, Maria, for the wonderful hospitality.

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

The house was as he said it was it was clean and had most of everything we needed love the yjacuzzi and excellent host

Great place to stay in Luquillo area for 1-3 people and you don't need a large space. Appreciated having privacy and security of gated property (including parking space), although neighborhood seemed safe and was relatively quiet. Outside area on property was nice, including hot tub, which host had heated up in advance of our arrival. Shower water got plenty hot and stayed hot for a long time. Also appreciated having a large supermarket, gas station, and two pharmacies right at entrance to neighborhood, as well as closeness to Playa Luquillo, El Yunque, etc. Host was very responsive and attentive, and showed a real concern for us having a good stay.

We had a great stay at Omar’s. Perfect location in Luquillo, a short walk from the beach, a nice convenience store right across the street, and a couple places to eat right there as well. Plenty of food and grocery stores within 5-10 min drive. The place itself was clean and stocked with everything you need. Even had a cooler, beach chairs, and a couple pool noodles for fun. The big tv was nice to relax with at night and ac was cold. Omar was very easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

we loved our stay here! the highlights: 2 big bedrooms, lots of living space, & a great view for coffee each morning on the balcony! We arrived very late, but the host made sure we knew exactly where to go & what to do. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

I visit Puerto Rico all the time. And this apartment was amazing for my stay. The host is very responsive. The check-in process is simple and easy to understand. The apartment was very accurate to the description. Super clean, spacious and comfortable. AC worked well. I would definitely stay here again.
