We loved this apartment! It's pleasant and stylishly furnished and was perfect for my husband and me to explore the area, which is walking distance to the Vatican and surrounded by the many shops, restaurants and gelaterie of Rome. Giorgio was communicative and informative and attentive to all our questions. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely apartment in a clean, safe neighborhood. Close to the Vatican and a short distance to a metro station and the A line. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Bed is super comfortable. Bonus washer with dryer. I would stay here again.

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Gregory’s apartment was such a great place for our family of 4. The apartment was just as described and very clean. It was extremely private and very secluded, it was easy to sleep in though with the room darkening shutters! We didn’t mind! The apartment had everything we needed including in unit laundry. The kitchen was very functional. We loved the terrace! Gregor was very responsive and accommodating. He even let us stay and extra hour so that we didn’t have to wait at the train station on our way out. A moments walk from attractions, cafes, grocery stores, pharmacies. A wonderful hidden gem in the heart of Rome. I hope we can return someday. Thank you, Gregor!!

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. I cannot recommend Gianni’s place enough! The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was bright and roomy with big windows opening up onto quiet courtyards. The apartment was very quiet - even though located in the city centre. It was beautiful waking up and to hear the birds chirping in the morning. We also did a private guided tour of the city with Gianni which was amazing. Gianni has an in-depth knowledge of the history and all things Rome - which he shares in a passionate manner. This is the best way to explore the city - especially for first time visitors.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

Calcata alleine ist die Reise wert. Das Spa von Christian ist eine Oase der Entspannung. Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht und waren trotz der Fotos wahnsinnig überrascht, wie schön diese Unterkunft ist. Wir können es absolut empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ronciglione liegt strategisch sehr günstig , die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt,ohne Autoverkehr, nachts sehr ruhig, morgens hört man nur das Vogelgezwitscher. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alessandro and Maya provided clear check in instructions and were very responsive to our questions. Their place is very bright, clean, and exactly as pictured. The apartment is in a secure gated building with a beautifully landscaped walkway from the street. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to have a cup of tea when we returned from exploring. Because the bedroom is upstairs, it was really nice having a half bath on the 1st floor. Although the neighborhood is not in the heart of the action, it felt safe and is walkable to restaurants, a grocery store, and pharmacy and convenient to get around by taxi or Uber. Despite some reviewers comments about the nearby zoo, we slept soundly and were never bothered by animal noises.

Fantastic place and host. Very comfortable and 8 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 minute taxi ride to Vatican City. Many great food options and shops right outside the door. Host was helpful and responsive.

Nous étions pourtant en retard, arrivés à + de 22h , et Catharine a quand même pris tout le temps nécessaire pour nous faire visiter l’appartement, nous guider pour notre séjour, nous donner une grande quantité d’informations pour nos déplacements . Très disponible, très agréable. Nous n’hésiterons pas à contacter Catharine lors d’un futur voyage à Rome. Inger et Michel

Wunder … Wunder … Wunderschön. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Schon im Vorfeld hat uns Svilena mit „Rat und Tat“ zur Seite gestanden. Ein herzlicher Empfang erwartete uns dann bei unserer Ankunft. Lage, Lage: mitten in der Stadt (der Bus fährt vor der Tür ab, die Tram nur 100 Meter entfernt) wird man von betörendem Jasmin-Duft begrüßt. Ein kleiner Pool, ein Relax Chill-Ecke und ein großer Tisch laden zur Entspannung im Garten ein. Die Außenküche ist einfach nur praktisch. Mit zahlreichen Designermöbeln ist der Wohn-/Essbereich wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet. Hier kann man am langen Eichentisch herrlich frühstücken oder dinieren. Alles in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer, die Bäder, Nachtwäsche, Handtücher … alles sehr, sehr ordentlich. Und immer wieder erfreut sich das Auge an schöner Kunst, interessanten Bildern und liebevollen Kleinigkeiten. Was fehlt: N I X ! Garnichts! Man kann sich hier wirklich nur wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

This was by far the best apartment we stayed in during our 2 week vacation in Italy and France. The apartment is HUGE... the photos don't actually show how much space you'll have in this amazing oasis in Rome! Air Conditioning worked well which was highly needed in the 95 degree heat in June. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals there. Location is also amazing. Short walk from the main train station where the high-speed trains stop. Also close to the metro (5 min walk) that we took to get to the Vatican and to other areas of Rome. Slightly longer but easy 12-15 min walk to the Colosseum. Tons of restaurants in the area and two grocery stores (one in each direction). Washer/Dryer were needed as we were nearing the end of the trip. Both worked well! Finally, the finishes throughout the apartment were really top notch. Well equipped bathrooms and the lighting design is really nice! Very stylish. Overall served our family of four well and we'd recommend

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Le logement est parfait tres propre on dirait qu il vient d etre refait. Tout est vraiment nickel. La clim est efficace et silencieuse, L appartement est tres calme, dans un immeuble cosu. Super bien indique, bonne communication avec l hote. Apt a 2 min a pied du metro, ideal pour aller visiter Rome. Je vous conseille vivement cet appartement pres du vatican. 2 chambres dt l une avec salle de bain, l autre sdb est juste a cote de l autre chambre. 2 wc, chacun son intimite. Top top top !!!

Livia'ya nazik ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz, konum olarak mutlu etti çünkü yürüyerek istediğimiz yerlere 15-30 Dakika arasında gidebildik. Roma Termini çok yakında olduğu için kesinlikle toplu taşıma ya da başka yerlere geçilecekse memnun edici olacaktır. Çevresinde restaurant, market her şey mevcut.
