Ce logement situé au 2 éme étage comprend: entrée, cuisine entièrement équipée (senseo, grille pain, bouilloire, micro-ondes et toute la vaisselle nécessaire), un coin nuit avec lit queen size (160/200) doté d’un matelas de haute qualité, de nombreux rangements/penderie et une télévision, ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec WC.

You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The tiny house is located on the edge of a one-hectare field, in the middle of vineyards and organically cultivated agricultural land with the Diois mountains as a backdrop. It is a secluded and natural farmhouse cottage. The river is a 5-10 minute walk away, via small wild trails, crossing the Natura 2000 area. The lucky ones will be able to observe beavers, kingfishers, and white wagtails This cottage is intended for nature lovers, looking for a quiet and wild corner.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
