The house stands alone in a sea of fields, swept by the wind, in a large perennial garden. With many fellow artists and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 90s was rebuilt and renovated, and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In the former bakery of the 170-person village of Nieden, we have created a newly renovated apartment. It has a separate entrance from the street side. We live with our 3 children in the same building, right next door. The place is very quiet and of course in the middle of nature. You can stroll through meadows and fields and have the Uecker right outside the door. Furthermore, the Berlin-Usedom bicycle route runs directly through our village.

Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 m² of living space and 600 m² of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, was carefully and ecologically converted by us into a holiday and work oasis and is ideal to simply unwind, work together on projects, do yoga, or simply do nothing at all.
