Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Quiet apartment on the farm Ruckhardtshausen

A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. The surroundings invite you to take short walks, e.g. to the best-preserved part of the Upper Germanic-Rhaetian Limes. Suitable for singles, couples, craftsmen, business travelers. The city of Öhringen with all shops is 5 minutes away by car. The highway entrance is 5 km away. To Heilbronn and Schwaebisch Hall it is about 30 km.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
