The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village Unschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 min., the city center 15 min. and the Festspielhaus 20 min. away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment in the way we like it to travel ourselves. House is right next to the little Margrave Castle Schreez. 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.

The apartment is very cozily furnished and in a good location . The stop "Leibnizstraße" is located 5 minutes with connection to downtown and ZOH, bus line 306 to campus is 5-7 minutes walking. The Röhrensee, Studentenwald or the Hofgarten are within walking distance and invite you to relax or jog. The apartment is equipped with a small fitted kitchen. Beautiful attic apartment in the heart of Bayreuther city center. Stay in one of the ten oldest houses in the city, overlooking the old castle. Many sights and shopping are within walking distance.
