Design Studio Apartment mit Klimaanlage in der Innenstadt mit unglaublichem Blick über Dresden. Die Stadt liegt euch zu Füßen. Direkt am Kraftwerk Mitte, der Staatsoperette und dem Theater der jungen Generation. Mehr geht kaum. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht Ihr alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt. Da ich meine Wohnung nicht durchgehend nutze vermiete ich diese in der freien Zeit an Menschen die meinen Geschmack und Stil teilen und ein paar schöne Tage dort verbringen wollen.

Cozy 3-room apartment close to the center but still quiet. The newly renovated apartment with Smart TV and WiFi is located on a small side street with no through traffic and from the balcony you look directly into a small park. Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. Although there is a private area to sit and relax, they can also spread out in the treehouse. From here you can explore the Spreewald by bike or Calauer Switzerland by foot. Calau Train Station is about 2.5 km away.
