Captain's House

Traditional captains house restored with love and care only with traditional and ecological materials. The house has two units, we live upstairs and downstairs there is a self standing apartment with a double bed a sofa kitchen, bathroom and a terrace for exclusive use of guests and access to the garden. No Tv, no internet, no air conditioning. On request we provide breakfast and dinner. We are 4 minutes away (by foot) from the sea, the bars and restaurants of our small village.

Ideal also for young children as a play area. The house is large, 90sq m and airy with one large living space with 1 bed and two sofas suitable for children, a separate bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with showers, the one en suite with the bedroom.

Clio's Beach House - Deluxe Beach front property

We loved Clio’s place from the moment we arrived! - even before, as Clio’s pre-arrival messages & instructions were super friendly & helpful. The house is really all about the wonderful outdoor terrace area (it was parent heaven to be able to send our 2 kids across the small road to the tiny but lovely beach a few meters away), & the superb location within incredibly easy walking distance to a range of great restaurants & also bakeries, and some other small shops (including an excellent ceramic artisan). Inside was very clean & functional - a basic 2 bedrooms, small bathroom, & combined living room with small kitchen. But we spent most of our time on the terrace, in the hammock/deckchairs, eating outside, or walking left to a fun beach bar or a delicious restaurant, or walking right to the lovely small village & another small beach & various restaurants. Clio was full of local knowledge & recos, available when needed (including a flat car battery!), kind to our kids: wonderful!

We had a very pleasant weekend. Everything was as we read it on the page. The space was very nice, spotless and tidy. We wanted a quiet place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and we found it and more. The very nice location combined with the possibility of walking in nature satisfied us very much. Both Vasilis and Mrs. Irini were wonderful. Impeccable communication, willingness to serve and very pleasant mood. Thank you very much.

We couldn’t have asked more for our holidays!! We had a great experience in Dimitris’ beautiful traditional house and I highly recommend it! It’s located in a peaceful location with great scenery where you could also go for hiking. The house was extremely clean and fully equipped it with everything. Dimitris also left us some treats and drinks which was highly appreciated! Many thanks again Dimitris for being such an amazing host, I loved how proactive you always were. Hope to visit you again.

The House is beautiful and as well the village. Lovely view - see, mountains, village, quiet, no one disturbing in the neighbourhood - just for a perfect relax during holiday or even living. The house is spacious, well equipped. The host is very helpful, responding almost immediately. It was a pleasure to find a spot just like this.
