We found the loft cozy and the view of the garden was beautiful. Brigitte always responded quickly. Perhaps in the future we will come back so that my husband can run in the dunes 😉

The stay at Marjolein and Michiel's was exceptionally nice and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambiance with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site to the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, as well as to Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the courtyard. Thank you so much again for the wonderful stay!! Kim is very responsive to any communications. Well equips home. Left some items by way of coffee etc to help when you first arrive.

We had a lovely few days at Yvonne’s place, enjoying the beautiful and peaceful countryside from their really excellent apartment. The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped - perfect for our needs and with the benefit of a lovely outdoor space to enjoy hot days and warm evenings. We would certainly return. Yvonne and Rob were outstanding hosts - friendly, helpful and generous - and we are happy to recommend both them and their apartment.

If this listing is available, I recommend you book it, there is only positives to this place. Conveniently located with great views in a spacious and well decorated place, it felt like a home with reasonable setup for a baby (crib, gate at the stairs). Hosts are lovely and responsive. The place felt very safe.

“My stay at Evert’s place was 10/5 stars. The location is wonderful - right on the canal, down the street from a lovely cafe and flower shop and central to popular and nontouristy attractions alike. Evert is a wonderful and warm host who has meticulously curated a beautiful and homey flat. He provides extensive resources on the artistic hidden gems of Amsterdam within the flat’s book collection, which I found helpful and charming. The flat is on the second floor of the building owned by Evert and looks onto the canal. Evert welcomed me and showed me how to access the property so I could come and go as I pleased and had the independence and privacy that I desired. Would be a dream to stay here again.

One of my best experiences with AirBnB accommodations, the host was always available and responded quickly, the accommodation was a dream from the amenities to the location on site. We had a great time at Richard's house! The location is excellent, nice and quiet and of course great for refreshing yourself with the lake. We rented the boat and also had a nice time on the water and the larger lake. The house has everything you need, air-conditioned rooms were perfect on the hot days. Sitting together on the terrace by the lake in the evening, great! You can't go wrong with the house and would book it again and again.

Inge is a pleasant person and ready to help (offer to do laundry). Some sweets were waiting for us upon arrival. The accommodation is pleasant and good location. Recommended.

The perfect pad for two in a really beautiful part of Amsterdam - central and easy to walk to everything but quiet at night and a lovely friendly atmosphere. Mati was great and really easy to get hold of, ask questions etc. I would highly recommend this stay.

The neighborhood is beautiful, the house is beautiful, clean, and very well equipped and decorated. The area is lovely to walk around and a short distance to the east there are a lot of restaurants, bars and bakeries and to the south one big mall with supermarket and shops. My only complaint is the staircase is too narrow, which makes it uncomfortable to go up and down with suitcases. But I recognize this is a Dutch thing and the majority of houses, new and old, have the same issue.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The house was just like in the photos – very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We particularly enjoyed the view of the water, which made the stay really special. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly and we felt welcome from the beginning. Small extras such as a welcome greeting and local tips were also a nice surprise. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend this house!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

We booked the house because it appealed to us from the reviews. Our expectations were far exceeded. We arrived in a house where we immediately felt at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need for daily use. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with Saskia was easy. We rented the house with a friendly couple and went home after a week very well recovered. We can recommend the house without hesitation. We would like to come back next fall. We had a truly wonderful time at this beautiful house while celebrating my mother's 60th birthday. It's a great place to bring the family together for a relaxing weekend.

This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

The Condominium is in a nice quiet part of Amsterdam, but still easy to get to city centre. Was very clean and comfortable.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

We had a great stay! Hugo was easy to contact, gave us many local recommendations, and easy to follow directions. The place was clean, had a great view, and is on a quiet street. Location was great, very walkable to all of the main tourist attractions. We were worried about not having a tv but didn’t miss it. Just a heads up to people in the U.S.-bring wash cloths to Europe. All 3 of the Airbnb’s that we stayed at did not provide them. I read that they consider it a personal item, like a toothbrush, and expect you to bring your own. Thank you Hugo!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Fleur’s apartment. It is very close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around, and it was well situated between the main areas of the city, making it a good base to explore from. The apartment was nice - it had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. The only thing to note is that the stairs within the apartment (from living area to bedroom) are narrow and steep, but this seems quite typical of stairs in this area- the same was true of stairs in restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay there again!

Great apartment with good amenities in an optimal location to the beach and the promenade. Very quiet. Very friendly and nice contact. Loving decor with small touches. Kitchen with coffee machine. Coffee, jam were even included. Parking nearby. However, we did not move the car during our stay. Everything was good and easy to reach by bike and public transport. If there was anything to complain about, a few hooks for jackets inside would be good. You don't have a sea view from the apartment, but just around the corner and you were there. Conclusion: We were here in the area for the first time. If we want to come here again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment.
