The place was super tidy and had two bags of cookies on the table for us when we arrived. Carolina was very kind in being flexible with check-in, she always responded quickly, the place was super clean and really is very close to the subway, you can walk. The neighborhood is also very safe. I recommend it.

The accommodation is somewhat improvised in what used to be outbuildings, but no less attractive for that. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are not connected, you have to go outside, but it is covered with a dome. What was very practical and important to me was the entrance gate with parking space for the car. That was safer, I had tools in the car. Kitchen and bathroom are super equipped with all sorts of things you might need. Bravo ! The street is very lively. The neighborhood is not really quiet. I can imagine that it can be very busy and noisy in the high season, or that you can hardly get in or out with carnival, but I didn't have any problems with that in May.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were a group, and from the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The house is beautiful spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable perfect for groups looking to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort. Marcia and Andréia were both amazing throughout our time there. Always available, kind, and attentive, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt at home. We stayed at Adam's place for almost 2 months. We are really glad we chose to stay where we did as it has the best views and we got to see plenty of monkeys every morning. The apartment is well set up for short or long stays and although it is technically in a favela, it is safe - that's coming from someone who spent weeks 21-28 of pregnancy there. Adam and Saulo do a lot for the community and you can feel that their guests are well respected in the neighborhood. The apartment itself was comfortable, wifi worked great, and it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were always helpful and proactive when we needed something as well. Since the place is higher up (for great views), we found it was easy to take the shuttle bus which was just 5 reais. You can also take a motor bike for the same price. We often just walked down to street level which took 15 mins and up which took 20-25 mins. There is a great hike nearby and a fab cafe and supermarket just 5 mins walk!

Ricardo and Flavia are really welcoming, kind and always made sure everything for us was okay. The whole Airbnb matched the expectations and the description. Would recommend it 100%

Only 20 minutes walk from centre or 10 by car, also walking distance from Escadaria Selaron (very tourist place). The place has amazing views from the swimming pool I was able to see the sunrise and the sunset every day. With local shops all around the building if you’re like me that like to stay and cook some times, if not there’s a lot of restaurants that you can find in the area. I had an amazing experience staying at Emilia’s place. 100% recommended.

The apartment is exactly as described, in addition to being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and it did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly. I highly recommend the apartment and the host, and I hope to be able to return other times.

A very comfortable apartment on the 31st floor, which allows for very nice views of the city. It has furniture, appliances and utensils that are very useful for travelers. The terrace is very nice and the pool is phenomenal, heated and large. The location is excellent, some nearby places are the Museum of Tomorrow, Uruguiana, Monasterio San Benito, Real Gabinete, Confiteria Colombo, Convento de San Antonio, just to mention the closest but by Uber you can quickly get to many other places in less than 10 min. Eliane was always attentive, responded quickly and maintained good communication at all times. This apartment, which is in the heart of this great and beautiful city, is highly recommended.

The perfect stay! Apartment located one street off Copacabana beach, so the perfect location, close to coffee shops, supermarkets and easy to get to. The host was responded quickly and was there whenever we needed a bit of help. Apartment decor is stunning, exactly like the photos and equipped with everything you need for a lengthy stay. Up there with the nicest and best accommodation I’ve stayed in, very good value for money and made our time in Rio even better.

I had such a wonderful stay!! Andre was a great host, and he provided so many essentials within the airbnb (laundry detergent, bathroom necessities, beach towels/chairs, etc). He was super responsive whenever I reached out with a question or needed help with anything. The apartment is really nice and clean as well. I had stayed in Leblon with my partner for a week. Some of our highlights were the close proximity to the beach, the apartment's beautiful view, and shopping at the all nearby malls/stores.
