Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rodalquilar

The Apartment was very nice and in a great location. 5 min walking to the beach. In the Apartment we found everything we neded. Every room has air conditioner. Very good communication. Mari Angeles was very helpfull. We are very recomending this place to stay and Mari Angeles as a host.

This was the cleanest a most well equipped air bnb that I have ever stayed in. (And I’ve stayed in a lot) there was not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere, we were so comfortable. Clarissa provides everything you need to be able to go explore the beaches and relax at her place comfortably. In order to get to, and around the Valle del Este Resort, you will need a car. There is nothing walkable from the location except the hotel bar and restaurant. But hopefully that’s obvious given the location. Usually I try to boycott Airbnb and stay at hotels when I can but this one was impossible to pass up because it was cheaper then the hotel and offered so much more. I am so glad we stayed here. Clarissa and her husband were so nice and helpful. I would definitely book again.

Beautiful apartment, super clean, easy parking, quiet area. Comfortable beds, air conditioning and fans in every room. Very close to the beach. 100% recommended. The hostess is very friendly.

My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

We’ve had a delightful stay in Christians apartment. Location is perfect, for beach, bar and restaurants . We would advise that you need a car if you want to go further afield. Superb local beaches/ resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar a very short drive away and defiantly worth the visit. Many thanks Christian we wholeheartedly recommend.

Very nice apartment in Carboneras, with an incredible terrace overlooking the sea to enjoy fresh dinners. The accommodation is very faithful to the photos, and it is very cozy. It has everything you need to cook in case you don't feel like going out every day. Well-equipped bathroom. Everything was very clean and with a good scent of fabric softener. As for M Angeles, she is very attentive, responds quickly and is very flexible with check-in and check-out times. We'd love to repeat ☺️

WONDERFUL, the townhouse shows that it is newly renovated, everything is new and it doesn't lack anything. It was a great stay and the owner Ana Belén was very attentive, although we didn't lack anything. Thank you for everything Ana. RECOMMENDED

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Beautiful stay in Las Negras in a house with unique charm, where authenticity and modernity blend perfectly. The setting is simply idyllic, with stunning views of the sea and the mountains. The place is peaceful, located in a quiet neighborhood, conducive to rest and disconnection. We were warmly welcomed by Maria, who was very kind and remarkably flexible, both on arrival and departure. A house that invites you to slow down and fully enjoy the natural beauty of the region. We had a lovely stay at Casa Mchana. The house is very peaceful with lovely views and lots of space.

I just spent a week with friends at this amazing villa! The place is beautiful, the view is exceptional, the location is dreamy, it's very very clean. I would highly recommend it was a dream vacation. I thank the host for their kindness, hospitality and responsiveness. Thanks to the host my friends and I had a wonderful stay. Beautiful views, spacious and just a short, scenic walk to the spectacular Genoveses beach. Exactly what we were looking for.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for hanging at the beach and getting drinks and tapas. Grocery store on the corner and a very well stocked kitchen made it easy to not eat out all the time! We would stay here again. The only suggestion I would make are to have beach towels and, possibly, chairs available as well.

Had a wonderful stay. The hosts were super attentive and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

From booking to checkout, Christelle has been a superb host. Careful, and flexible on entry and exit, which is greatly appreciated. I note that the development pool is very large , with very few users (last week of August), and was open from 10.00 to 23.00, and does not close at half a day. And although you have to drive to the beach, it takes 5 minutes and without parking problems.
