Vacation rentals with beach access in Roda

The apartment matches the description and photos advertised; communication with José was very good from the time of booking. The area where it is located is quiet, at least in the month of June, which made the stay pleasant.

It was a nice short stay that deserves the name vacation, as everything was as described before and check-in was easy thanks to Sergio's clear and good instructions. He also fulfilled our special request. The only drawback was the very narrow parking spaces. But Sergio can't do anything about that and there are also plenty of options outside the parking lot belonging to the accommodation in the immediate vicinity and free of charge. If we are looking for accommodation in this area again, we will ask Sergio first.

We had a very good experience at this home. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with appliances, it has a bathroom in excellent condition and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a large and very comfortable sofa bed. The area is excellent and quiet, ideal for resting, and the large terrace was a great plus. The air conditioning works great. The accommodation also includes towels and everything you need to go to the beach, which was very practical. Bryan was a very attentive host and communicated very well with us. As we were running late, he was kind enough to leave the keys in a safe place so we could pick them up without any problems. Everything worked perfectly. We would definitely recommend it.

The stay was magnificent. The views from the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or in the armchair and watching the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is simply fantastic. We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that mosquitoes did not enter even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a pity, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment for a quiet and comfortable vacation.

Beautiful surroundings. Close to the beach. The accommodation is nice and cozy. And quiet street, plus point is that there was always parking space in front of the door. The host responds quickly to questions, and is kind. highly recommended.

Very helpful host. If there's anything you wonder about, just ask him and he'll reply. Just bring toothbrush and paste, everything else is in the flat. Coffee,tea,different spices,utensils, soaps++ Quiet area.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

A great cottage right on the inland lake on La Manga, super equipped, everything you wanted was there. After just under two hours' drive from Alicante airport (it went faster on the return trip with 9.70 euros toll), you can get to a small idyll on an island with countless high-rises, where you feel completely in nature on the edge of tourist life and hustle and bustle. The house has been a little outdated or uninhabited for a while, but after a short time we had prepared everything so that we felt very comfortable. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back!

The apartment is a dream, just like the photos. The kitchen is well equipped for those of us who like to cook. The parking is very comfortable, it is not roofed, but an SUV can enter without problems. The WiFi speed ranges from 200 to 400 Mbps, ideal for those who work remotely. The sunsets, as it says in the descriptions: the best in Spain.

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl. chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit.

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

It was next to the beach. Small but well organized apartment. It was my partner and my baby and we were very comfortable, it has a lot of things that you can use. And he responded very quickly. Very happy!!

We had a really pleasant stay at the apartment in Los Urrutias with all of the amenities we could need. The apartment was easy to find with plenty of free nearby parking and friendly neighbours. Right on the waterfront and close to the nearby bars, restaurants and small shops for groceries, but with quiet evenings for a peaceful sleep. Dave and Bryan were lovely hosts; very friendly and answered all of our questions quickly.

We were very comfortable! The views are breathtaking. Carlos was very kind! We'll be back!
