Apartment vacation rentals in Roda

We stayed a few days because we had a conference at the hotel across the street and there were no rooms left, so it was a luxury. Both Cristina and José Ángel have been wonderful and the apartment is exactly what it says it is. The place is small, so three people fit just right, but for a beach apartment you will not find it more comfortable and modern than this. They include everything you need for cooking and even for seasoning food, so you can. As a minor flaw, the shower water leaks through the joints and wets the floor, but it's not much. Everything is very good. We are very happy and would repeat if we needed a place to stay nearby.

We had a very good experience at this home. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with appliances, it has a bathroom in excellent condition and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a large and very comfortable sofa bed. The area is excellent and quiet, ideal for resting, and the large terrace was a great plus. The air conditioning works great. The accommodation also includes towels and everything you need to go to the beach, which was very practical. Bryan was a very attentive host and communicated very well with us. As we were running late, he was kind enough to leave the keys in a safe place so we could pick them up without any problems. Everything worked perfectly. We would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

Los Urrutias, and specifically the apartment, is a perfect place for tranquility and to have time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very nice, with a dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a bedroom with a very comfortable and spacious double bed... the terrace is one of the best spaces, with a barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how it will be in summer, but during Holy Week it's a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

Very nice apartment with great and roomy roof terrace! Very good location by the beach and bars. If you have car there is a convenient parking downstairs. We also stored our rental bikes downstairs. This place is ideal for cycling trips! Only small downsize during our stay was the noise coming from nearby flying school. We highly recommend this place.

The photos and description matched, the beach is very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids, but with the parking at the house it made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!

Lovely small complex great pool apartment was exactly what we wanted. The roof terrace absolutely made it perfect for us. Very spacious and naturally sun all day.

This is probably one of the nicest air bnbs my family and I have ever stayed in. We arrived very late and the instructions were so clear we had absolutely no issue finding our way with our little ones, despite it being early hours of the morning. The little welcome pack was perfect and the guide book that is provided is a god send! The location is stunning and peaceful and the apartment itself has everything you could ask for. It’s hard to relax on holiday sometimes with two very active kids but this place really accommodates for those relaxing peaceful evenings once the kids are settled. I highly recommend and really hope to return in the near future, thank you!

Tastefully furnished, super equipped kitchen, beautiful surroundings and very quiet area and pool. Fab solarium. Clubhouse food is really good and not expensive! I honestly can’t find a single aspect that wasn’t great. We will be back for sure. Steve is Sofie’s contact and he’s in the area. He is really helpful and responds to any query very quickly.

This is the second time I've rented this apartment. I'm just as happy with the apartment, the neighborhood and the host as I was before. I highly recommend this apartment and the area.

Excellent penthouse, just like the photos. Very easy to find and well-equipped. I would only improve the cleanliness since the furniture was full of dust which caused us allergies and the cleanliness of the bathrooms when entering can improve. Otherwise, a great penthouse...

Family trip with 2 children, the accommodation is very well equipped, view from the living room or bedroom over the pool, the terrace is well shaded which allows for cool accommodation without necessarily using the air conditioning too much. Ideal place to spend a great vacation. Thank you very much. I recommend it 100%.

Domingo’s place was a great find. Fantastic location only 2-3 mins walk from the main gate at Roda. The house itself is inline with the pictures. Unfortunately the pool was being repaired for the first 6 days of our break, but we were able to make use of a nearby pool. When it did open, it was bliss. Virginie and Domingo were prompt dealing with a couple of early problems we experienced, they are great helpful hosts. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

Beautiful apartment, hot tub was a lovely touch. All linen provided along with beach towels and beach blankets which was a great addition. Area is very quiet, even the complex was super peaceful (not sure if this is because we visited in May so may have been out of season). We hired a car so commuting to bars restaurants shops etc was doable but without a car this may be more tricky. Very responsive and helpful hosts thank you for having us stay ☺️

Very good stay, Daniel responds quickly if there are any problems, the accommodation is great, with magnificent views. Only small negative point is that it takes 25 minutes to go up the Manga so if you want to go for a walk outside to take into account. But no complaints about the accommodation which is perfect. Thanks again!

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything is as you expect it, the only minus point are cameras in the living room. Outside of that to be completely satisfied with everything. Very nice location with very nice views from various places. Highly recommended!
