This house exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, roomy and immaculate! We all felt right at home, such a cozy home! Fenced in yard was private and a great area for kids to play. The host was very responsive, helpful and kind! I would recommend this host without hesitation! I want to add that this house has everything! There’s everything you need to function when you’re away from home! There was even a doggie towel ! The host really goes the extra mile. It was all appreciated.

Being a local on my house was under construction having a place around the corner was very convenient. The place was immaculate. We didn’t need much but I can say it’s a great place to stay. Quiet, peaceful and what you would need as a guest was provided. If I ever need for either myself or my family, I would recommend this place. Thank you.

We rented this house very last minute when we had plumbing issues at our own house. Josh responded to our booking request within minutes. We had an AC issue on the 2nd night and Josh responded right away and came over to fix it. The house was very clean, quiet and simple. We were comfortable. We have family from out of state that comes to the area often and we will recommend this house for future visits.

The place was beautiful and had a lot of beds just enough for my big family. The back yard was great, the hot tub, frogs, lizards and turtle shack was awesome! We lit a fire and played games all night! As we sat in the hot tub we seen the Kennedy Space Rocket blast off from the space center and watched it blast off from the back yard. It was awesome! The place was everything and more they explained on the Airbnb app!

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Great place to meet up with family. Pool was awesome to enjoy family fun. Residential , quiet neighborhood not too far from things to do. Home was a great base to be together.

9 of us stayed the day before a cruise. House was very nice had room for all of us with no issues at all. Only there for a few hours due to flight delays but had no issues at all. Very quiet area, restaurants very close by along with store if you need to get anything. If we are in the area again will definitely be looking to rebook

Had a great week at this cute and thoughtfully designed place in Palm Bay! It had everything we needed—including laundry—and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. Genna was a great host!! It felt just like home, very clean, and with walking distance to the beach! Next time, I am in town I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

We were happy staying and are planning to book again. Everything was clean and comfortable inside the house and no more than 10 minutes from anything we needed. The backyard was well maintained and so nice to have with our dogs, who were comfortable as well.

I loved my brief stay here. I need an early arrival and Darcy was quick to respond and able to make it happen. The house is cozy and was perfect for my needs. If I am looking for a place stay the next time I am in town for work, I hope this will be available.

The house was exactly as advertised, and our kiddo had a blast with the air hockey table and all of the other games. The bathrooms were clean and the bathtub was great to relax in. Lianne reached out and made some local recommendations which were fitting, but unfortunately we didn't have time to check them out. I definitely recommend this stay, and host for anyone visiting the area.

Overall it was a great stay. Some stains in coffee cups and a TAD bit of hair in/ on a few towels; neither were a big deal. It was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. Also loved the easy checkout.

It was a really enjoyable stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and close to the Village. What more could you ask for?

We stayed at Lorena's place before and enjoyed it. It is exactly what we want when visiting. We plan on staying again if we can book it. Lorena and husband was quite friendly and helpful.
