An 1856 farmhouse re-finished to accommodate up to 10 people. 4 queen beds. Full kitchen, Living and Dining. Enjoy the beauty of Seneca Lake from the porch with your favorite Finger Lakes wine! Direct access to the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, lake access within 8 miles. Best view on the lake! 6 wineries within 2 miles. The outbuildings have a "working farm charm", and may be a little messy due to storage of articles from past generations. The house does sit on NY 14 and can have some road noise.

Your stay here will be relaxing and peaceful in a private and spacious suite with a private dock & kayaks. Located in Hector, you’ll be surrounded by wineries, breweries and farm to table dining. The bnb is located on the second level of unoccupied storage space but your entry requires just two steps as seen in the photos. The path to the lake is well lit a 60-90 second walk. Once a child's playhouse, the large cottage sits on 5 acres and overlooks the Glenora cliffs, the cottage is ready to welcome you for years to come.
