Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Enjoy!

"La Locanda - living houses" 1

La Locanda has four small houses spread out in a wooded garden. Each has a bedroom with A/C, a bathroom, a kitchen and a winter garden with a wood-burning stove. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by fauna and flora, 500 m from the beach (a 10 min walk). The buildings are handcrafted by their owners, Adri and Tato, with clay interiors and a living roof that provide the interior with good thermal insulation and unique warmth. (In the place there are 1 🐕 and 3 🐈) bikes available

Located on a farm just a 5-minute drive from the city of Rocha, this cozy house combines the tranquility of the natural environment with proximity to all services. MonteAlto is a future country club that offers a serene environment surrounded by nature, ideal for those looking for rest and privacy. The house is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4. It is located in a wooded and very quiet environment, perfect for enjoying the outdoors and the peace of the place.

Santa, a comfortable and functional A-frame design. Located in Santa Isabel de La Pedrera, in a forest and countryside setting just steps from the sea. It has top-quality design and equipment. Brand new house, finished 12/20/2022. The area is very quiet and safe, we live on the property and are available to solve any type of eventuality or query you may have. Equipped with a queen size bed, 58" Smart TV, 5.1 Bluetooth Home Theater, air conditioning, WiFi, Directv.
