The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Francesco da giovedì a domenica e siamo stati benissimo ! l'appartamento è confortevole ed è presente tutto il necessario, come stare a casa propria! Monticchio è a dieci minuti da L'Aquila e a mezz'ora da Fonte Cerreto, da cui parte la funivia per il Gran Sasso. Il Gran Sasso è stupendo e, se ti piace la natura, il trekking, andare in bici o a cavallo, la posizione della casa è ottimale per raggiungere le attrazioni naturalistiche della zona. Het ontvangst was goed, Carmine gebruikt fijne hulpmiddelen om prettig te kunnen communiceren als je niet dezelfde taal spreekt. De ruimte en omgeving zijn prachtig.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti nell'alloggio di Federica a Colli a Volturno. Casa immersa nella natura, a pochi minuti di auto dal centro del paese e da ristoranti e servizi. Giacomo che ha gestito il check-in è stato gentilissimo a fornirci consigli su cosa vedere in zona e disponibile. Il lago di Castel San Vincenzo è a circa 15 minuti di auto dall'abitazione. Si può parcheggiare in strada a pochi passi dalla casa. Per me è un posto fantastico per rilassarsi e per visitare i dintorni, fare escursioni o trekking e gli host ci tengono a far trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno fornendo tutto il necessario. Noi abbiamo adorato la terrazza e la famiglia di gattini che vive praticamente nell'edificio di fronte. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo in generale.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chiara's, in lovely Capestrano, for two weeks in Abruzzo. It looked just like her photos, with ample space on two floors to spread out. The kitchen had the amenities we needed to prepare tasty meals with incredibly fresh local produce and dairy items. The small refrigerator was helpful to store our perishable culinary treasures. And wine! Tucked at the top of a staircase off of the small road, it was very quiet and very close to the main piazza. Whenever we needed groceries, a pharmacia, delicious morning espresso with cornetto, or a nightcap with some of the regions incredible wines, we were only a 5 minute walk away. Chiara was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with suggestions of what to do and see in the area. So many beautiful, charming mountaintop villages to explore! We felt very safe staying here and leaving for the entire day, to marvel at this most extraordinary, naturally stunning area of Italy.

This was a magical setting and wonderful stay - we could not have been happier with our visit. Alessio is a superb and helpful host with deep local knowledge, always available for consultation and recommendations if needed, but never imposing. An absolute gem!

We had a medical issue with one of the guests and Alessandro offered all type of help to get the guest to the floor where the apartment was . Alessandro was very companionate with us and offered to be flexible with the check out time. We loved the different stunning views of the mountains and the land escape from different balconies the apartment offered If you need tranquility do not miss on renting this gem of a place The only issue we had was at the time we were there the connectivity of the WiFi was very slow Alessandro worked on it dealing with internet provider to fix it right away Other than this we really lucked out in this apartment. Thank you and may be next time we can stay longer.

Bellissima Frattura, e Adamo è un host speciale, sempre molto disponibile. La casa è ordinata e pulita. I dintorni sono bellissimi.

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. L'alloggio è molto ampio e confortevole. La famiglia che ci ha ospitato è composta da persone speciali e molto ospitali, in particolar modo nonno Giò. E' molto facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria, sia a piedi che in auto anche perché di fronte alla stazione è presente un grande parcheggio gratuito. L'alloggio si trova in una zona molto tranquilla dalla quale si può raggiungere facilmente i dintorni e organizzare delle piacevoli escursioni. Consigliatissimo!!! Grazie a Roberta e alla sua splendida famiglia!!!

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Novella e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente! La mansarda è accogliente, pulita e curata. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. La posizione è eccellente: il paesino è incantevole, immerso nella bellezza naturale della Marsica. Novella è un host eccezionale e disponibile, sempre gentilissima. Si percepisce quanto tenga ai suoi ospiti :) Spero davvero di tornare il prima possibile! Siamo stati davvero bene!

Cercavamo un posto per rilassarci in tutto relax, e lo abbiamo trovato! Casa accogliente, arredata con gusto, molto curata e pulita, immersa nella natura e nonostante questo con ogni confort come TV, WiFi, e soprattutto un caminetto favoloso davanti al quale abbiamo passato serate rilassanti. La titolare Maria Cristina ha dimostrato una disponibilità unica, e perfino il vicinato che si è attivato per farci avere un po' di legna da ardere (grazie sig. Bruno). Da consigliare assolutamente, sperando però che la prossima volta troveremo di nuovo posto!

We have been at Eugenio's place three times over the past 2 years. It has always been a great experience! Eugenio is the perfect host: friendly, proactive and responsive. The flat is very comfortable and functional, it is well located within waking distance from groceries, (the best) bakery in the area, coffee shops and the historical centre of the small town. It is easy to reach by car from the highway and you can park for free just along the street. It is well equipped, with air con system for the hot months and a good heating system for the winter. Beautiful view from the large windows (perfectly tight and isolated). I can only warmly recommend a staying at Eugenio's place!

Ottimo appartamento a pochi minuti dal comprensorio sciistico dell’Aremogna. L’appartamento è molto carino e curato nei dettagli e confortevole. Molto consigliato

Court séjour dans un beau et paisible village des abruzzes. La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut et le jardin avec piscine est très bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont d adorables personnes qui possèdent également un restaurant dans le centre, que nous vous conseillons d essayer.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It looks even better than in the photos! Super peaceful & communication with the hosts was a deem. A little trouble with electricity but hey - it‘s rural Italy :) would definitely book again!

Il nostro soggiorno nell’Airbnb di Francesca è stato meraviglioso. Francesca tratta i suoi ospiti come familiari, e l’Airbnb è pulito, tranquillo e comodo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

L'alloggio è in una splendida posizione, per chi ama la tranquillità. Paesaggio molto bello e il Paese di Pesche merita una visita e una cena. Ornella è stata disponibile, e reattiva. Peccato non avere potuto godere fino in fondo della casa e del giardino, perché non in viaggio per vacanza.

Very nice house with great pool. The hosts are very friendly and can give good advices for the area. The cave of falvaterra is amazing and many other places can be visited from there.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questa villetta immersa nel verde, un vero angolo di pace per staccare dalla routine. Fin da subito, l’host si è dimostrata disponibile e attenta, garantendoci un soggiorno sereno. La casa ha superato le aspettative: spaziosa, accogliente e arredata con gusto, con ambienti puliti e ben organizzati, dotati di ogni comfort. La posizione è ideale, immersa nella natura ma ben collegata, con le piste da sci raggiungibili in circa un’ora. Dopo una giornata sulla neve, volevamo guardare la finale di Sanremo, ma il comfort del divano e il calore dell’ambiente ci hanno conquistati… e ci siamo addormentati! Un soggiorno indimenticabile, che ripeteremo sicuramente!

Amazing views across the hills to the seas in the far distance and very spacious villa. Pool with view, and the extensive outdoor patio spaces, were the highlight for us and where we spent most of our time. Villa had AC and was refreshingly cold in the summer heat. Lenola is walkable up the hill. House is as described - quite spartanly furnished, as many Mediterranean holiday homes are, and kitchen has the essentials. We asked for a kettle and more wine glasses and these were delivered new the next morning. Host Aldo was very friendly and flexible and we communicated fine through Google Translate. Highly recommend Osteria La Sevici in the village for traditional home cooked pasta. Thank you, Aldo!
