From the house, you can set off directly on foot for wonderful mountain excursions, without the need for a car. Close to the ski slopes 14 km from the Pescasseroli ski lifts 41 km from the Roccaraso ski lifts

In the beautiful village of Pescocostanzo near the historic center, a characteristic two-story building. The house is located on the third floor and is divided into two levels: the third floor and the attic. Second floor: large living and dining room with fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and corner balcony. Attic floor: double sofa bed, two single beds and second bathroom. Private covered parking space, sky room, bicycle storage and large hobby room with fireplace and equipped tables.
