It's idyllic. A short drive or walk from Paciano and you get to this peaceful spot that looks over the olive grove. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. The terrace is a beautiful shaded spot to while away the hours. We would highly recommend to anybody looking for the ideal spot to switch off and hear nothing but birds, bullfrogs and the occasional donkey bray. The home itself is well appointed, perfect for a couple or those with one child. There is plenty of space and the flat contains everything you need. We loved it. A perfect week.

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Stefania was super nice to wait for us despite we were later for 3 hours. Her house was very beautiful and lots of space for 10 of us. Everyone can have their own space on the balcony or terrace. Can have BBQ too. House was very well equipped with everything that we expected. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

This is a dream location. In the countryside, peaceful and calm with beautiful views - but you can be parked and in the centre of Siena in 15 minutes. Beautiful Tuscan architecture and stunning views. Everything was super clean with every detail thought of to make a comfortable stay. We stayed for two weeks and didn’t want to leave. We had a car so access was easy but if you want a short stay I would recommend getting a taxi to drop you off and enjoy the peace and views.

We had a wonderful stay at Luca’s and the view cannot be beat! Luca went above expectations by meeting us at checkin to show us where to park and taking our luggage to and from the unit. Hope to stay here again one day!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Sabrinas Unterkunft in der Nähe von Pienza. Sabrina war stets erreichbar und extrem freundlich & proaktiv. Die Räumlichkeiten waren tiptop sauber. Das Frühstück wurde stets frisch zubereitet. Der Garten und die Aussicht waren atemberaubend. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit extrem genossen. Zwei kleinere Bemerkungen: - Die Preise für den Kochkurs empfanden wir doch noch ein bisschen mit 100 Euro p.P. im teuren Segment (100 Euro p.P.) - das war uns leider nicht im Vorhinein bewusst, evtl. wäre es gut ein bisschen mehr Transparenz zu gewährleisten. - Es gab an zwei Tagen komplette Wasserausfälle für viele Stunden - an sich nicht schlimm, aber sollte hoffentlich nicht die Norm sein.

Caroline's villa was absolutely stunning. We visited as a family of 8 adults and it was even more beautiful in person. It's completely private with amazing views all around. It's also in a great location to visit other picturesque villages nearby with a car. The pool was a great addition to combat the Tuscan heat. As this is in the countryside, be aware that there will be insects and wildlife. We came across a snake and a scorpion, but that's not an issue with the house, but rather the natural environment. The property manager Bianca greeted us upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful with tips. And Caroline left us super detailed recommendations for restaurants, itineraries, and wineries. She was always available and friendly. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

We had wonderful stay at Casale Zeno. The pristine environment is exactly what we needed and the beautiful sceneries surrounding the property were divine. Jo and Tony are very friendly hosts and it was pleasure staying at their place. We really appreciate all the small details provided in the accommodation along with the super comfortable mattress and pillows. The house is a perfect base for exploring Orvieto and the fantastic region around it. We would happily come back and recommend it. Thank you for a magical stay!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

A stunning location hosted by the nicest people! Very communicative and gave perfect instructions to get there. Inside the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The bed is on the harder side if that suits your preference but plenty of blankets and didn’t even need to touch the heat for a cooler nights. If you are offered a dinner and wine pairing, just say yes immediately. We didn’t know where to set our expectations for that night but it certainly exceeded anything we had in our heads. Overall absolutely fantastic place Sara and Simone have and after you sit outside at sunset you will not want to leave!

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

De locatie was waanzinnig; rustig, magisch en super mooi! Luca is een goede host. Het enige nadeel was dat we nog geen gebruik konden maken van de sauna, zwembad en jaccuzi. Maar verder echt top!

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti in questo fantastico posto! Appartamento pulito e conforme alla descrizione! Ottima posizione per chi vuol visitare Siena e dintorni come Pienza, Val d’Orcia ecc. Consiglio assolutamente

We had the best two weeks at this farm stay—it’s a really magical place. The apartment is lovely, with comfortable furniture and high ceilings that make it feel quite spacious. The kitchen is small but very well-equipped and all of the appliances worked perfectly. The outdoor spaces are amazing and the views are truly spectacular! Filippo was very kind, helpful, and responsive. The location of this Airbnb is also awesome—the surrounding farm makes it feel remote but you’re still close to downtown Perugia and an easy drive to dozens of other destinations in Umbria. I would highly recommend!

Family of 5 here, 3 small kids. A wonderful stay! We toured surrounding villages in the morning and came back to the pool to beat the heat in the afternoon. The private cooking class with Valentina was the absolute highlight of the trip!

Staying at Lorenzo’s place was a really nice experience. You feel the warmth of the hosts from the moment you step in. The studio was what we expected from a house in the countryside. The garden and outdoor areas are very nice and accessible to all guests. The highlight of our stay was the dinner in Lorenzo and Maria Garcia’s house with the other guests, a real italian experience. They really made us feel like we are having dinner with our family, which was a very nice way to end our trip!

We had a magical stay, thanks to Madi. First to blow us away was the spectacular views and then the wine and cold water on arrival.was a magnificent start. Madi even took us to a local farmer’s roadside stall where we picked up fresh vegetables and salad greens, and she recommended the best butcher in town. The house is well equipped, with a great kitchen, BBQ, and a fantastic outdoor pizza oven. The garden is peaceful and beautifully laid out, with little pockets of seating, a hammock, and a lovers swing. Around the pool, there’s a shady pergola and five different types of chairs to relax in. We mostly ate in, but on our first night we joined locals for simple, authentic Italian food near the station. We also explored nearby Lugnano, a charming hilltop town just fifteen minutes away, where we had a superb lunch. This is the real Italy. Friendly people, and relaxed days, just bring your translator app Our stay was bliss. Thank you Madi.

We expected something special and we were rewarded with a special apartment in an amazing historic building. Grand entrance courtyard, well-tended garden and lovely views. Annalisa and her mother made check-in seamless. Our stay was memorable. Pleasantly surprised that a continental breakfast was provided because the nearest village is some ways away. The location is a short drive to any number of impressive medieval villages. Grazie Annalisa!
