Perini Ranch Restaurant is nearby, as well as several other great places to eat - not to mention Abilene is 8 miles away.

In addition, there is a home office set up in the middle bedroom to plug your computer into, making the house a great place to work on the road. The barn provides extra parking and room for a trailer. There is also an outdoor space with seating and a BBQ grill. Cozy 2 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. This home is clean, charming and comfortable. Bedrooms have comfortable mattresses with linens, pillow and lamps. The living room has comfortable furniture for ample seating. This home has Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms with cable, WIFI, internet and Blue Ray DVD Player. The utility room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Private entrance! Very clean, peaceful and centrally-located Backyard Bungalow. Enjoy an extremely comfortable room, including a comfy queen size bed, futon, Wi-fi, TV (use your own streaming service), refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot, microwave and a large walk-in shower. Outside the Bungalow includes a patio and plenty of parking. The yard is a shared yard-space with the main house. I do have 2 very friendly dogs that do not share their yard with other pets.
