La Vida Isla is a quiet, shady retreat from the beach. This is a place to unwind and relax. We are in a safe neighborhood on Roanoke Island. The cottage is an airy and calming space. We take great strides to make sure it is super clean and well maintained. Our goal is to provide a space for complete relaxation. The cottage and outdoor spaces are very private. There is a patio area with outdoor seating as well as a screened porch. Listen to the wind chimes and birds. Enjoy the flowers.

The Vitamin Sea Retreat

The Vitamin Sea is a studio apartment located on the ground level of our primary house. It’s equipped with everything you may need during your getaway.The unit has its own entrance and a private outdoor area to enjoy a morning coffee. It's less than 1 mile walk to the beach (approximately 15-20min depending on pace) and a few blocks away from Mama Kwan's and Plaza Azteca. It's centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. Longacres is 1 mile from downtown, a 5 minute walk to the Roanoke Sound and a 12 minute drive to the Nags Head beaches. Our bikes and 2 kayaks will make your adventure complete!
