This listing is for 4 guests, perfect for a family, friends, or couples. A small cottage with a long-term rental is on the same property, there is shared parking, but no living spaces shared.

Features a bright & open floor plan w/ exposed beams & 3 bedrooms + 2 full baths for up to 5 or 6 people. In the Winter warm yourself by the fireplace & in the Summer cool off in the shade or catch sun on one of the outdoor loungers. We provide amenities to make your stay easy & relaxed. The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

Approximately 1000 square feet in total size, it features a large private bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom/shower. The great room has a pullout sofa bed (full) and love seat bed (twin). Kitchenette features full-sized refrigerator, convection microwave oven, toaster, and coffee maker. Sorry, no pets.
